That was most appreciative. Thanks for taking away our Christmas bonus. Thanks for painting the silos instead of fixing machines or supply proper training for your ridiculous redzone or work orders. Lol. Only pro here is clocking out and going home for the little home time us real workers get while the rich sit pretty. ✊️✊️💦💦. Thanks for the hr department for being there. Their useless. Lolol. They truly know their stuff. Thanks for the union for taking money out every week yet doing nothing to actually help you when needed. Go figure. This place has no moral values nor integrity. Never any thanks or job well done. You're a slave, a number that will be replaced by someone who will be replaced by someone. Thanks for the segregation in the cafeteria during our personal breaks. Thanks for allowing the meat table workers to sit in the cafeteria covered in raw meat and blood yet make us wear smocks. That sure really is sanitary isnt it? I bet OSHA would absolutely love that. Maybe I'll call them. I'd like to keep going but I'm on break here at work and need to go back to my station. I interviewed for HR Manager role for this plant. Not only was the HR team that booked my flight (I flew from Atlanta to PA) heartless gave me a 6am flight had to leave my home 3am and land at Philadelphia 3 hours away from the interview site in Bloomberg. She had the interview starting at 10am so I was obviously going to be late especially after spending 40 min getting rental car that is offsite from airport. When driving had the Sr HR Manager calling me asking why am I not there yet when these people didn’t consider that there is traffic due to it being rush hour. When I arrived I was starving especially being a diabetic the Sr HR manager didn’t give me a second to eat or drink anything she served me pizza off of a garbage can that was in the break room no organization just pizza for the employees thrown everywhere (which showed me how they treat the employees) and an old lemonade that had melted ice instead of giving me 5 minutes to eat she had the director of the plant interview me while I was eating. If the HR team is so unorganized I can imagine how operations is being ran. Let’s just say I would have declined even if they gave an offer. It was very clear, I was token interview being African American they do not have a single person of a diverse back ground on their HR team. Run from company if they call you for an interview especially if you are person...

We miss you JM Smucker! I was there for over an hour today! Evan at the window did a GREAT JOB! NO ONE WOULD HELP HIM!! I tapped on the window to ask his boss a question and the man went crazy on me(Terry Toolan) and he let me and All the other BLACK people who were patiently waiting, that if we didn't like it we could leave! He let us know he had "THE POWER" to not let us come back on the property! Power over black drivers who are working to take care of our families,and by the way on clocks are running on blogs! He could've pitched in and helped that young man to get us drivers through, but he didn't!
