I have ordered here for years! Raved about their wings and when I tell you ,NEVER again! The last time we ordered wings here my husband and I,we were not happy with our wings but we were like”Everyone has an off day”. But tonight put me over the edge! We picked up our wings at the time the staff told us to come pick them up,(keep in mind we only live 2 minutes away) When my husband came in to get them the order was waiting to be picked up,ok great. He gets them home and they are DISGUSTING! Maybe somethings going on there like a new cook or something but it’s inexcusable. They were cold,rubbery,like slime. Definitely not cooked long enough! I ate one and told my husband we can heat them longer in our oven,but when I looked at one of the flats and was able to pull out a feather!!! I said no way! We just paid almost $40 for wings and 1 salad. So I took them back down and said I’m sorry I can not eat these. They got someone to come try and put the $ back to my credit card. I had my card and my receipt I said they were no good and I just wanted a refund. I asked would she need any of that,she said she didn’t need my card and she figured out how to charge just for the salad. Which she gave me a new receipt stating just for that(But I got no receipt of any kind of proof that they are refunding for the wings) Also I never got any kind of service (like…I’m sorry about that,have a good night she was rude and stand offish) she just handed me the receipt and walked away! I hate to have to even write this review because we have loved and been a paying patronage of theirs for years but somethings no matter what are unexceptable! I had my girlfriend call to place an order for pickup because we didn't feel like sitting in this overcrowded hole in the wall waiting forever for our food like the 1 time we ate there in the past. The lady who answered the phone must have been the owner based on her snotty attitude. Every time my girlfriend would give her the name of an item she wanted to order, the response was "IS THAT IT" in a very rude manner as if she couldn't be bothered to take our order. Well not a problem, it won't happen again! Oh, and let's not forget how she hung up while my girlfriend was still talking trying to give her the name to put the order under. She obviously doesn't want the business. And the food is not that great. We decided to try the wings this time, and people, if you want some real wings, head up to Tommy's pizza corner in Kingston. Now there you will get some wings to really brag about, and trust me when I say, it's worth the drive. Every time we go up that way, we order a couple buckets to bring back because they go so fast, and people that we've shared with that's never had them said they are the best wings they've ever had. It kills me to write this review because they do have great food, however the last time were here, we were treated so poorly I'm forced to write this.... Came in with our 2 year old daughter. She was being a little fussy because she was ready to eat. After being seated and getting our daughter in a high chair (at this point she's really ready to eat) a waitress came over to us and told us the table we were at is reserved for someone else. I told her we were seated here by another staff member a few minutes ago, but she didn't care. Told us we had to move. There was no place for us to go, except for a high top table. With a 2 year old that isn't an option. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told "we're really busy right now and no one can talk to you at the moment".
