I just spent a week doing intense research on finding the perfect Dodge Ram 2500 that had all the options we needed without paying a ton for options we didn't need. I searched all dealerships in NM, CO and even some in AZ and UT. I talked with dozens of sales people, probably researched hundreds of trucks. Overall, I was really disappointed in the quality of salesmanship out there. Lack of product knowledge. Clear lack of sales ability. A true lack of inventory out there given the Covid shutdowns last year. I ended up finding one truck in Longmont and one at Transwest Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Limon, CO that looked like they fit the bill. The dealer was driving the one in Longmont and didn't want to sell the truck until he got his next truck in a couple weeks (kind of unbelievable a dealership owner wasn't interested in selling a $76,000 truck). Steve Sorenson was the salesman who took my call at Transwest and he could not have been more helpful. Very very good salesman. Professional. Kind. Responsive. Very good communication skills. Deep product knowledge and a ton of hustle. Their finance manager, Phil, was just as great, as well. The truck is AMAZING. Could not be happier with the purchase, the sales and financing experience and the truck. Worth every mile of the 5 hour drive to get there. They will also deliver! Don't waste your time ...

WOW!!! This place is AMAZING!! I was traveling from Denver to Ks and a storm hit. I went into the ditch and had to be towed in. Not only did the guys stay late, thoroughly inspecting my vehicle and identifying what it needed. They suggested a hotel, made sure we got a meal and personally drove us to the restaurant and hotel and will pick us up tomorrow!! Never had I had such great service from complete strangers. They could have said no and let us go on, but they didn’t. They stayed late with a skeleton crew making sure we were well taken care of in both service and spirit. Doris took my mom and made her coffee. Shelby was knowledgeable, patient with my questions and such a hard worker.Dusty did all he could do to get us parts quickly and at a great price. Dan and Doris helped inspect my car and personally took us to our hotel in their personal truck and carried our bags in.

The entire staff was understanding and encouraging on a stressful day for us, being out of town, in for a death in the family and so courteous. I’m shocked and taken back at their kindness. It was refreshing and wonderful to see. A much needed boost, proof there are good people in the world.

If I could give 10 starts I would…EXCELLENT customer service! We are on a cross country road trip from Massachusetts to California, and had a hose burst in Limon Colorado, not knowing what to expect we pulled into Transwest and spoke with Tanner the service manager, he went to talk to the mechanic to see what they could do, that’s when Jesus came to talk to us, he looked at the Van and told us exactly what was happening, found the part, expressed shipped it, called us when it came in, fixed it and made sure the van was safe so we can head out on the rest of our adventure…fast, friendly, knowledgeable…great team of people, from Doris who found a good channel for me to watch while waiting to Justin who checked us out, and even Steve who gave us a few good restaurant suggestions while in the area…by far, Jesus the mechanic is beyond exceptional…It’s hard to find a good mechanic who knows what he’s doing with these Promasters and I was blown away by his level of expertise…He made sure the van was safe and running excellent before we left…above and beyond any customer service I personally have ever...
