Taco Bell — Restaurant in Limon

This has got to be the worst managed Taco Bell in the country. Where I live there are some terrible Taco Bell‘s and I have left reviews. But this place takes the icing while eating the cake too. Last time I was traveling through the country I stopped here and they proceeded to tell me they couldn’t make no crunch wraps and of course they were out of Mexican pizzas. They continue to say they wouldn’t have any more Mexican pizzas until the fall. I have not heard this at any other Taco Bell establishment. I don’t know if that’s fake news or not. This time I pull up to the drive-through and noticed a sign that says no Mexican pizzas which of course I expected but they said they had no coffee and no soda fountain drinks. They only had water and Freezy‘s. But there is an up charge for the Freezy‘s. Are you serious. I had to ask if there was an up charge and I was told $.40. It was actually $.60. And it’s terrible that I had to ask. It is also terrible that for the inconvenience of not having a simple menu item that is included in every combo, you proceed to try to charge me higher rate to wet my whistle...

The food was good, the girl that helped was friendly the reason for my 1 star review is all in regards to complete filth. We went in at 3:30 on a Sunday, every trash can inside was overflowing with trash, every table but maybe 2 were covered in food, the floor was covered in food, we went outside to sit and every table was dirty and trash was everywhere. I watched people wait 15+ minutes inside for their food, in the 30 minutes I was there I saw maybe 5 cars come thru drive-thru. When I went inside to get my food order, I noticed 3 people in the office. 1 girl walking around with her hands in her pockets in the back while 1 girl ran drive thru and 2 people were on the line making food. It was insane!!! I had worked in Taco Bell management for 5+ years in Texas before my current career and everything I saw at this store was unlike anything I'd ever seen in that 5 years. I tried to find any reasonable reason for the state of the store and I'm at a loss. I hope whoever runs this location reads this review and takes some serious action coaching their team on...

I just left from this Taco Bell in Limon, Colorado. Not once have I ever been to a Taco Bell that has been this horrendous. The fat woman taking our order was just completely rude, & did not greet us in any way. We got our food, & the orders were completely wrong, I asked for no lettuce & there’s lettuce on every one of my tacos. Something like water had been spilt over everything in the bag & the food & the packaging was all soggy & had an off taste & a weird smell. Not one thing was salvageable. ALSO the lady gave me the wrong amount of change. I brushed it off at first, because I paid w a 100 dollar bill, but we spent 20.92, & the change I got back was 69.08.
