Dollar General — Local services in Lincoln

This is the 4th time that I have gone there and NOT gotten what I went for. The last three times, the store was blown out. This time, at about 6:15 PM CST, I went. The doors were locked. The sign on the door said their hours were open til 9:00 PM. A rude red headed boy ( I believe his name was Jim ) rudely says they were closed because of some alleged emergency, no police nor other first responders present. I went to a gas station convenience store to get what I needed and I told the employees there about this experience, and they had Not heard of Any emergencies in the area. I will be going to Dollar General's website to complain about this. DON'T GO TO RIVERSIDE DOLLAR GENERAL! BOYCOTT AND SHUT...

Every time I come in here, the cashiers are on their phone with their Bluetooth earbud. They pay no attention to customers. There was an older lady in front of Me. She was struggling with the card reader. The Cashier was laughing to whoever she was talking to on her phone, and the older lady thought she was laughing at her. It really hurt her feelings. She didn’t understand that the girl was on her Bluetooth. That was so disrespectful and terrible customer service. That’s sad that she doesn’t even care that she hurt somebody’s feelings I won’t be going back to that one that was just...

If you value your freedom and rights don't come to this store. My buddy and I frequent this store because of its convienence and spend a lot of hard earned money. Just to be met with commie liberal BS. We legally carry firearms which is our right. All of the sudden after years of coming here one of the workers stops us and tells us we are no longer aloud to carry in the store, and to leave them in the car. It's not the stores policy which leads me to believe it's the workers political opinion or possibly racism. Either or It's 2024 we as americans are better than this...please...
