Wicked Smoke — Local services in Lincoln

I would rather stop smoking than walk into this store again! They raised the price on the particular items I buy, but never changed the sign. When called out on it they wouldn't make it right. That was 2 days ago, I called today and they wouldn't take a complaint over the phone at first. The first employee was rude but figured the manager would actually be apologetic for the incident. I figured wrong! She was just as rude! I will never step foot in this place again.

I must thank them though, you guys are going to save me a ton of money by ordering my stuff overseas now.

Update: Response to the owner... the night before when I came in the price was different from what you saw when I called. Maybe check your cameras and watch your employees change the price after they were called out on it. You ask what you could have done, honor the price that was listed when I came in the store. Taking a small cut one time and keeping the customer coming back at the higher rate after that would have been much more profitable for you in the long run. In the past that bought beer and smokes here for pretty cheap. On this one occasion I went in for a silicone piece that was very high-priced but the store was in my neighborhood so I purchased it. After I got in my car I had buyer's remorse and ended up buying the same for $40 cheaper somewhere else. Needless to say I tried to return the high-priced one..the sales clerk rudely lnformed me that they had signs everywhere that said that they had no refund and no exchange policy. Not one point during my purchase did I see a sign or was I advised that they did not accept returns, nor did the receipt state the policy (I checked before my second purchase at the other store).
