Wow. We walked in about 5:45ish pm on Sept 22, 2022. No one, not one person came to the cash register to take our order. Fine, we order at the kiosk. It's rare these days but appeared to be plenty of workers in the prep area. Then the foul language was sprinkled in. The worst part of the visit was my Mexican pizza, the shell part tasted like some kind of chemical was on it. I scraped off the filling and ate it. Ugh I'm not sure if these are pre-made but if so they should reach out to the supplier. Our soft shell tacos were fine as well as the chalupa. I'm not sure who the shift supervisor was but if I was the owner I would seriously review the laxity & language being used at this store, while customers are present. Feel free to contact me directly Taco Bell đ owner. I am adding this note on 9/24/22 based on the reviews I have read since my own and the fact that no one has responded. I get that this is a fast food restaurant, cheap food etc for some. However, since this location was recently remodeled..where is the pride in assuring that your employees are fully trained in making sure every order is at Corporates high standard and quality and that since they are dealing with the public. That they are customer focused, courteous and genuinely care about the product being served to their community. This is just disappointing and sad. While I know that not everyone will experience the same service depending on certain employees, in this business consistency is key. Good luck...
Read moreExtremely slow service, horrible manager, poor training, and unclean conditions.
I've been to this location 7-8 times in total since the new manager started working here, and 5 of those times they've forgotten an item or two from my order, while being extremely slow, and rude.
The manager, while I've made sure to be absolutely polite to while ordering, because I understand how stressful fast food jobs can be, has roller her eyes at me multiple times while I've apologize for inconveniencing them (i.e. asking for a item they forgot).
Normally, I go through the drive through, but today I have been waiting over 45 minutes for 4 items, while multiple other people were waiting for the same amount, if not fewer items. While waiting I've noticed how messy their stations were, as well as a floor that hasn't been cleaned for several days.
They claimed to be short staffed while having 4people in the back who were being extremely slow to working on orders, cracking jokes and laughing while staring at their order screes and or their phones.
This location is NOT worth going through, if you want taco bell, go down the street on O St. For 8 minutes and get better service, that is faster, respectful, and doesn't forget something every...
Read moreSo, I've been going to this Taco Bell for more than 20 years on and off, and they've had ups and downs. It's a crap shoot someday if they get your order right 100%. I will say it seems to be better now than it has been in recent years, Lunch is probably better than an evening trip.
The food is what you would expect from a Taco Bell: Good. But nothing really extravagant. Make sure your order is correct before you leave! They often forget cinnamon twists, chips and/or cheese, and the occasional taco or burrito. When ordering rice and beans, they sometimes put it in a burrito instead of a bowl. If you ask for additions to your food, you're pretty safe, but if you asked for something to be removed, like tomatoes, then there's about a 40% shot that it was actually removed. The staff is usually friendly, or at the very least ambivalent to me. We have taken to ordering online and picking up at drive thru, which works out well, as indicated above. I haven't been inside the store much except to pick up a missing item from my drive-thru order, but it seems fairly clean. Their prices seem higher than I would think is necessary, 2 bucks for a Taco that may or may not be correct 1seems outrageous to me, but...
