Blue Ribbon Pools and Supplies — Local services in Linden

Bought a pool from these people last year pool was very expensive. Seems to me like certain sales staff are a little bias against certain customers. Today I purchased a product in which the guy in front of me who had the same name as the sales guy “Dan” and was a fan of the same team this Dan guy was a fan of purchased the EXACT same item. ( I know all of this from standing directly behind him listening to their loud conversation) in any event he charged this Dan guy $20.75 and when he rang me up for the EXACT same item he charged me $23.45 ????? Confused if the product is the exact same shouldn’t it cost the exact same even with the sales tax! This actually was the second time I experienced this! When I first purchased the pool last year someone else was inside purchasing a pool as well and was complaining about the price and I clearly heard that sales person say OKAY I’M NOT GOING TO CHARGE YOU SALES TAX IT WILL TAKE A LOAD OFF OF YOUR POCKET! I was next in line and I was sold a pool they already had that a customer didn’t want (was what I was told) and since it was brand new still in packaging I obliged I was charged the full price with sales tax on a year old pool that sat in their storage trailer and when I mentioned the deal they gave the guy in front of me who bought a brand new pool that had to be ordered I was told OH NO I HAVE TO CHARGE YOU SALES TAX. Which was fine because I came prepared to pay whatever the cost was, but after seeing that it didn’t seem fair. After a few words were exchanged George (pretty descent guy) took $100 off the price. Unsure what type of things qualifies you for getting lowered prices on the items but is disgusting and I think if everyone is gonna pay different prices on the exact same items at least they should do it discretely so they won’t make other customers feel like their being...

Order a pool back in November 7 months ago thinking it would be in by the summer here we are in June and guess what we don’t have a pool not even saying when the pool is going to come in but did say if the pool does come say tomorrow they told us that the installer couldn’t install it until July now this was only like 2 weeks ago they told us this so no longer are we waiting for the pool but no one can put it up for us well it gets better when we went to go talk to them to find out about the status they told us why are you complaining for it’s saving you how is it saving us money no we’re losing money but this how a business man talks to his customers so now I have to get the pool because if I don’t then I’ll be out money so now we stuck never again I’ll get everything I need some place else I will not do business...

I ordered a pool, middle of december 2020, common sense, for summer 2021 its been 6 months and no pool yet, ive called many times and spoke to different workers and always get the same answer "we're doing our best to get pool as soon as possible to you". today i claimed my money back ,summer is already here i dont want it no more, spoke to george (owner,manager or whatever he is)this morning and he refused to give me my money back, had a very nasty attitude and told me to wait few more weeks, after waiting 6 months, this place and that guy are a real disaster , dont waste ur time buying in this place they wont give you date for the pool delivery , GEORGE dont offer a pool that YOU dont have and stop using people's money to...
