I can’t say enough about Kathy and how her skincare procedures and products have truly changed my life. I came in for a facial that I found on Groupon and little did I know the acne nightmare I was living in for the past 15 years would finally see an end. She cares for her clients and goes above and beyond to help. This is so much more than just a job or a business, you can tell she really wants everyone to have satisfaction and results. I started the face reality program and within a few weeks started seeing results. The progress I saw with Kathy was different than any other skin regimen I’ve ever tried. And I’ve tried everything. This was the best thing I’ve invested in and I’m thankful Kathy was just as dedicated. Came here for the first time with my mother for a facial and Maddie did our classical facials. We were underwhelmed to say the least. We get facials all the time and this one has been the least favorite. No extractions were done, which is the main purpose of a facial. If I wanted to just have face mask applied I could have done that myself at home. No effort whatsoever to clean out pores yet I could see some small bumps of pimples on my face. Then they had pop music playing loudly in the room. When I asked to turn the music down she finally changed it to spa music. Common sense. Atmosphere wasn’t calming at all. Kathy is absolutely amazing at what she does! She truly cares about her clients and seeing improvements in their skin. She is very educated on how to treat acne and tells you everything you need to know about taking care of your skin. I started going to her in September 2021 with textured skin and bumps all over my face and now its February 2022 my skin is almost pretty much completely clear. I’ve been on the facial reality program and as long as you keep up with the skincare products that are provided, your skin will clear up quickly!
