I brought my car in for a tune-up and motor mount replacement. Not only did they damage my fog lights and wiring in the process, but only three out of four mounts were replaced—one wasn’t touched at all, and the others were missing bolts, per another shop’s inspection leading them to fail.
To top it off, I had scheduled my appointment a week in advance, only to wait over three hours with no service and poor excuses wasn’t even busy Wednesday morning as per the appt. The front desk was chaotic—calls coming in, a child left unattended upfront, and clear disorganization. The receptionist or owner whatever the title is eventually became so overwhelmed that she outright admitted the shop wasn’t capable of handling the work and wouldn’t fix the problem.
