Ship Afrika — Local services in Linden

This shipping agency is both dishonest and unreliable. The price listed on the invoice I received differed from the price quoted at the time of package drop-off. This discrepancy was only communicated to me after the package had already been shipped, leaving me without the option to cancel the shipment and forcing me to pay the invoice price. Additionally, I was informed that delivery would take 6 to 8 weeks, but it ended up taking over 4 months.

I have made multiple attempts, including emails and phone calls, between July and December to address the invoice matter, but I have not received a response. My package remains on hold, and no adjustments have been made to the invoice.

Charging nearly double the originally discussed amount is unreasonable, and it appears that there has been no willingness to resolve this issue collaboratively. Furthermore, I should have been notified of any changes to the invoice before the package was shipped.

This is the most ridiculous group of people; the only way they got this high rating is basically because they got friends who helped them with the fake review; it is obvious the review they got are from family and friends. Nobody in their right senses will ever give you high ratings. You changed the cost of shipment after shipping the goods is that not fraudulent?; we called you multiple times and nobody was answering but you displayed your telephone as if you are truly sincere. You took advantage of my pregnant sister in New Jersey with no news of the whereabout of the shipment. In you mind you think the shipment is for business; well the tennis sports goods are for poor kids at the national stadium in Lagos, you can even go there to verify. Those items are not for sell and must be give to poor kids that have been waiting for several months now;...

This is one company that I can single handedly say there's not other shipper that can beat their indisputable service. Always attends to their customer needs 24/7 and that's because they do care about the customers satisfaction, payment for shipped vehicles is as easy as anything. I've used myriads of shipping company but there's no company that can or will beat the record of Ship Afrika. I sent my title in at 10.30pm and I receive the dock receipt at exactly 10:32pm. Please point out any shipping company that'll answer your call or text past 5pm. God bless you Ship Afrika and I pray you continue to grow more and more.
