If I can give this place ZERO stars I would. Worked an event as a subcontractor for the banquet side. The “owner” was extremely rude to put it nicely. Kept AC off for a wedding of 200. He was upset the bride and groom used outside bartenders and wait staff, as well as catering. Did not want to provide GARBAGE bags for cleanup. Did not want anyone using the back area for prep! Also at the end during breakdown stood with his wife speaking in spanish complaining that if they used his staff everything would be done already and sneering at everyone cleaning. Continuously making rude comments.

ADD TO RESPOND TO THE “OWNER”

You are upset because they did not use your waitstaff. You did not want to provide adequate garbage bags to clean up and you are talking about a lousy job. My company was hired to serve food, not be your personal servant. Not only were you disrespectful by speaking in another language infront of people who don’t speak it, but you did not provide what was agreed upon and came to sneer at everyone cleaning. CONS Busy afternoon/evening on a week day night with only ONE Staff Member, Danielle (Bartender/Server) working the floor. After my table complained about the delay of service to the owner and expressed his Staff Member needs a Helping Hand or he needs to call for back up. Ultimately, he stepped up to Help with orders for the remainder of the night. In the words of John Maxwell, "Teamwork makes the Dream work." Beef Ribs was Cooked Well but needs more Flavor. Male Restroom sink needs to be replaced COMPLETELY, the Faucet is Full of Hazardous Corrosive substances. Shockingly, the Female Restroom is Up To Date. Very Unacceptable.

PROS Bartender/Server Danielle remained Professional and Friendly. She is a keeper! Chicken Empanadas are SUPER Flavorful and Juicy. Marinara Sauce does Not go with Empanadas. Marinara needs to be Accompanied with Mozzarella Sticks or Pasta. Housemade Garlic & Parsley sauce would be much Better. Strong Red Sangria. Ground Beef Empanadas are Tasty. Went here for Valentine's Day cause it looked fancy. As soon as we went it it looked deserted. Only one couple was there which was cool, I don't like crowded places anyway, had to wait for someone to seat us, they were all in the back talking but probably because business was slow. When we walked in all I could smell was old hotel or closet. The table cloths had dirt on them I didn't want to sit my silverware down. The salad and bread was yummy. The food was good but didn't like the yellow rice, very plain, the fries are outstanding. My boyfriends food was cold and steak was too salty and over cooked. Also there was another diner who came inside yelling that he was gonna beat up someone in the parking lot and for them to call the police so that was nice to here while trying to enjoy a Valentine's Dinner.
