I went to the Lisbon store to return an item. I had the receipt, the card used to pay for the item and the unopened box. They couldn’t get their scanner to read the receipt . The manager, refused to return my money even though everything needed was present. Was very rude and did nothing to try to fix the problem. Told me I needed to spend the amount that would’ve been returned to me in the store or keep the item. Rude and poor customer service!
