Dollar General — Local services in Lisbon

I went to the Lisbon store to return an item. I had the receipt, the card used to pay for the item and the unopened box. They couldn’t get their scanner to read the receipt . The manager, refused to return my money even though everything needed was present. Was very rude and did nothing to try to fix the problem. Told me I needed to spend the amount that would’ve been returned to me in the store or keep the item. Rude and poor customer service! JAMES claims to be one of the general managers and is terrible at customer service! I will never be back especially with family dollar right next door. James had a poor attitude to begin and when my card didn't work on the POS system, I paid with emergency cash. JAMES gave back partial change because he donated my dollar to charity.
