I have a Lloyd Galaxy McManus built in 1984. I finally had a problem with the power switch. We didn't know it was the switch initially. I made numerous calls to Darryl, and occasionally Michael, for support. Each time, they were amazingly helpful; walking me through the electrical analysis over the phone.
I cannot recall having such repeatedly easy, quick, and helpful access to technical support with many products.
After I replaced the switch, I noticed that auto-flexion piece was not working properly. It would move in one direction and then stop. I could move a few dials and it would move in the other direction and stop again. The problem made no sense to me. Although I am familiar with the functions, I could not think of where the problem might be. I called Darryl and explained the problem. His first, and nearly immediate, thought was that the manual actuating pedal for the flexion piece was being depressed by something. Sure enough, I looked and discovered that the table had inadvertently been moved onto one end of the pedal on the other side of the table. I freed up the pedal and, voila, everything worked perfectly.
Darryl reminds me of the Farmer's Ins. commercials where they say "we know a few things because we've seen a few things."

They have even made design improvements to make my tables even better for the strenuous activities I put them through. I am humbled by their commitment to quality and customer service. Read moreI've always had high regard for Lloyd tables for my 20+ years as a chiropractor until today. I purchased an integrator table 2 years ago. I have a low volume practice and I take excellent care of my tables. Last week one of my patients was positioning herself on the table and we heard a 'pop'. Her bare elbow went through the table material and created a hole about 2 1/2 inches long. I talked to Rudy today at Lloyd tables and I was informed of their 'policy' to not warranty/guarantee table material. I asked if they at least had a tape that matched the table. "No" I asked if they knew of someone who could replace the piece to bring the table back to a professional quality... no answer to that either. I LOVE the table, but I want any future buyers to understand fully that the material of your Lloyd table is not covered in any way. I know it was in the 'small print', but it just doesn't make sense to me to not have ANY professional solution. Totally disatisfied Lloyd table...
