Dearest Kyle, I had a blast! I hope this letter finds you well. We had group of five very experienced escapees (we may or may not have served time). We played Hideaway, which is very reminiscent of a past life I lived. I don’t wish to elaborate. We flew in from Albuquerque New Mexico to try our hands at these escape rooms, in which we swiftly solved with no problems or confusion whatsoever. My personal favorite puzzle was the one where the wolves told us to return “home” as they call it. We all wish you the best, Sincerely, The Don of the Jalazi Household

I had a blast! Me and the homedogs were kidnapped, “hidden away” from the phones and laptops that rot our brains to instead TRAIN our brains with confusing conundrums and intricate puzzles. We used our combined brainpower of 1000000 iq to escape the room. Luckily, using my friends one crutch, I used—how Kyle put it—“brute force”, I charged through the door and came out the other end in one piece! (We did not go on the leaderboard for this). đŸ’„đŸšȘ

My daughters and I had a wonderful time at Troubled Puzzles Naperville! There were three of us, the youngest was 9 years old. Kyle D was very helpful and encouraging! We played Hackers. We have played several Escape Rooms before, and this room did not disappoint with the variety of puzzles and tech used. We loved the pipe puzzles and the large safe. We are in Naperville and plan on visiting again as the location is very convenient!

I went with my boyfriend for our anniversary. We have both done a few escape rooms before. We did "hacked" and it was super fun I loved the theme. Kyle D was super nice and friendly, we had a good time chatting with him. We are from Naperville but I have never seen this place before and it was super fun. I liked how unique the themes of all the rooms were. I really liked the use of tech in the puzzles in the room (no spoilers ;) ) Would def...
