I absolutely adore this place. Recently my grandpa passed away, he left us 5 watches that weren’t working. I was stressing about finding a place nearby to drop the watches off to get estimates about getting them fix. I obviously know nothing about how pocket watches work, but I know they’re not as popular lately so finding a place to get them looked at might be hard. I stopped in here by chance to see how this all works. Luckily the employees were understanding about the situation. They explained how the process worked and gave me a few weeks wait to get an estimate back. (Understandably, there is not a lot of watchmakers around anymore) once they reached back out to me, it took a while to reply back to them, since one was much more expensive then I thought it would be. But that specific watch was quite damaged. So after reaching out to my family and discussing it, we decide to wait on getting them all replaced and fixed. They said that was fine and they would let me know when it was time to pick up. They were so kind and said whenever I was ready to fix let them know and they would do it then. So know I have an estimate, can save up money and had a great experience. Also, when it was time for pickup, I couldn’t go and they let my boyfriend pick up for me. Only needed a name and checked ID. Very convenient and was perfect timing. I ended up only getting to battery replacements done and usually that would be $15 each, but due to the circumstances they didn’t charge us and now I know how much we need to save to fix these. Great people with Dave and Roben leading the way. Classy design and great customer service. Pricing is great and if you're anywhere near Plano, I'd by my engagement ring and jewelry from here. Their prices are close to wholesale which is as good as it gets. The best thing about buying from local jewelry stores instead of online is selection and cost. They'll get you what you want and you can see it before putting money down. Lastly, it is good for the community. Lastly, when buying diamonds realize that certification is an opinion, period and unless you see the diamond, you can't really understand how it looks or sparkles, etc. Buying from the local jeweler is the only way to go. Online is a waste of $$ and time and helps noone other than the owner of the website. Also, remember that these online stores DO NOT OWN DIAMONDS!! They borrow the diamonds from wholesalers so 99.9% of the time, you won't get what you wanted and you'll be unhappy while still paying up front. At Little Rock, you'll get what you want, at a great price and won't waste money or time on something you don't know...

I brought in my late mother’s wedding ring into Little Rock Jewlers to discuss having it combined with my own wedding band in someway. I was lucky enough to work with Andrea on this project and she was incredibly creative, patient, kind, and really went above and beyond to help. Andrea had so many wonderful ideas of how we could do this! She also worked within my budget and was never pushy in anyway. She truly just wanted me to be happy. After a few weeks of deliberation (on my end 😂) and many discussions, we went ahead and had my mom’s ring put in the center of my wedding bands and made a second ring with my kids birthstones out of my engagement ring. They did an incredible creating two gorgeous pieces that not only honored my mom but my hubby of 14 years and our two kiddos. I also have never seen my ring sparkle in the way it did after they polished/dipped them both🤩. I highly recommend Little Rock Jewlers, I won’t ever go anywhere else!
