Triton Stone of Little Rock — Local services in Little Rock

I would not recommend this place to anyone. We came in looking for two slabs of granite. The kind we were looking for were all on reserve so Josh took us to his office to look at pictures of ones they had at other stores. We found some that looked good and he said he’d have them shipped over so we could look at them in person. He explained it would take about a week to get there.

A week goes by and we called them to see if they arrived yet. They said no and weren’t sure when they were coming in. Two more weeks go by and our contractor calls them to see what the hold up is. Josh blatantly lied and told him the hold up is that we haven’t picked out slabs yet and they were waiting on us.

A week later our contractor calls again and they said they got more slabs in. We go up the next day to look at them and Josh said he sent all of the new slabs to different stores since we hadn’t put any on hold. We had been waiting several weeks for the ones he claimed he ordered from a different store for us to look at. Josh was awful to work with, and preferred to hang out with his buddies in his office rather than helping customers. Very disappointed with our experience. The stone selection is very dated and apparently some are not even fit to be fabricated. We finally picked out a stone only to find out both pieces were cracked all over after purchasing. Management stated we could come pick another stone and that they would honor the previous stone's price. Of course that was a lie. Completely wasted our time and threw our renovation way off schedule. Not to mention the front desk attendant and several other employees weren't wearing masks -- Ironic as there's a sign on the front door stating "must wear mask". Feel played all the way around. Unhelpful and downright rude staff. Went into the garage that was open then were griped at and told we needed to check in up front. Went up front and were treated like idiots for coming inside and she acted like there was no check in process or "safety measures" to learn. Had 0 help in looking, then were told that nobody could even give pricing for what we liked so we were basically SOL. We left with a card to call someone to beg for pricing. My husband is a designer for a large corporation and someone that it's a good idea to give good service to. We definitely know where not to go...
