Okay TB. 30 mins wait in drive thru at 11 pm and only one car in front of me. And you actually forgot to give me all the order! II got 2 tacos and the fries and cheese dip sauce stuff was missing! If I'd have known how overcooked and cold fries were gonna be, I wouldnt have wasted the time on the cheese sauce. They are hard like those kettle cooked potato chips and colder than my drink! Used to be really good when only a "cameo guest" thrown into menu every so often. Now yall managed to take any zest to their hot Lil fried numbers and now put them on the menu stand alone. There goes idea of ever having any good ones again! Won't be able to tell if I'm eating one of them flavorless yuck bland used once already bean burritos. It's a coin toss on if the outer tortilla will be pliable bite into in order to find that heavenly scat pile clump of born again beans that come certified as pre-chewed! Can't be having any menu items that might taste good and are fully edible, too! The fries were so great at all the TB stores anytime I got them. Back to reality now. It's nuts how yall are your own worst enemies to the food quality! And the one tried and true factor of cheap meal that TB had going on so long... These too marked up prices are gonna turn me off for good. I get so much better food at Taco Bueno, and it's much more than just a super good deal when compare any food item here. I don't think your TB food will ever be back having a good flavor. Or least enough to draw in that big volume of humgry crouds like it did in the yrs before covid showed up. Yall shouldn't have restructured and scrapped the entire menu so soon after all the changes we all had to go thru. You effectively rebranded to where we consumers aren't vibing anymore with the new whole identity change that is the new TB branding model. We all like our old TB faves because in a flipped on its head world, it's comforting to taste the old familiarity that used to be there. The spark that once was there and the menu that we consumers could depend on for most of our drive thru ordering careers has not since made a good impression for any item you selling now. EXCEPT THOSE CHEESE AND SPICY FRIES! Those were gonna be the new rocket launching savior item on them. Go take a long walk and figure out who yalll trying to feed. Be consistent and don't be trying too hard to get the higher priced sales. You are just pissing us all off! Be taco bell again, give us the taco bell of old school tastes we know and we're simple and much enjoyed. Or just keep mixing and pouring and doing the great job of turning the focus from food to drawing down the dining room lighting by tinting the windows to get more in person ambiance while dining in... Wait... Do people still do that? Acceptance is futile. Taco Bell can install dimmer moody lighting and black out all the windows too. It seems that by working on your new looks no one will ever dine in to see you are neglecting your sole purpose, ahem it's called Taco Bell! DO THAT. MAKE THE TACOS! SCREW THE MAKEUP. ALL YA NEED IS TO HAVE EASY TO GET THRU WELL LIT DRIVE THRU AND MENU ITEMS THAT REMIND US HOW EASY AND FAST AND CHEAP WE CAN GRAB SOME FAVORITE FAMILAR TACO BELL TASTES AGAIN. Bring on the bright search lights and use as beacons thru the dark of all night to guide us safely into the refuge of light bright glowing boards we don't have to fuss with defining new words for suped up super triple layered with new degrees of named hots mixed into old alfresca squirting packs of Ranch Chipotle fire stuffed GUAC and BAHA juice from sour apple flavored limes licked by rainforest endangered tree frogs (Ecofocused to offset the manhunt beacons of energy bringing in all the Taco Bellers and Ballers to help save the earth and donate all extra light to offset the grid shortages of 3rd world congress sessions that are unaware of the paradoxes that equal the thinkers of the mideval black plague.) favorites and staples of the Taco Bell's of the past. Fuss with the food not the lights inside! Yall tacos, Lowe's...
Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent visit at this particular establishment on November 7, 2023. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of my expectations, and I believe itâs important to bring this to your attention.
Upon entering the drive through, I was immediately disappointment due to the timing of someone taking the order. When they finally took my order it appeared they were in a rush to get off the microphone.
My order was also mishandled. The drive thru crew member who had the blonde hair older lady seemed disinterested and inattentive, which led to a mix-up in my order. The lady dropped my credit card and the food I received was half way out the box itâs placed in. She still decided to give me a Mexican Pizza that wasnât put together well at that point. I had to ask for it to remade. The Mexican Pizza was cold, and tasted very old!!!! The quality of the food itself left much to be desired, as it did not meet the usual standards that associate with Taco Bell. Not only the bag have no silverware or anything in it down to the straw. The lady appeared to be irritated when I address her about a straw. She informed â I put it in the bag,â with the upmost nastiest attitude. Then, as I pulled around I noticed it wasnât a fork. I went inside to obtain a fork and the same lady at the drive through was visibly eating while on the clock. This practice is in direct violation of the companyâs policies, which explicitly prohibit employees from eating during their shifts, as it can be a distraction and negatively impact workplace productivity. When I saw the staff who was eating disregarding company policies, it created a undermine for me with the brand credibility.
I understand that occasional slip-ups can happen, but the overall experience was less than satisfactory, and it left me with a negative impression of this store. I believe that maintaining a consistent level of service and quality is crucial for customer satisfaction.
I hope my feedback can help improve the service and quality of Taco Bell in the future. I look forward to hearing about any steps taken to address these...
Read moreIt was a Thursday evening, no customers inside the store but rush hour had just finished shortly before. And yet the place was immaculately clean. Staff all had masks fully in place and game faces on. Our service was excellent, as was the food, as always. I couldn't help but notice a serious drag to me: prices have soared compared to the glory days of a couple buck's worth of car seat change buying a hungry and otherwise broke guy a bean burrito and a couple crunchy tacos (just-right meals that saved me on countless occasions). Blame whatever you like from Covid to inflation, but the truth remains the same. The once incredibly affordable tacos and the like (affordable to even the countless minimum wage workers who depend on eating cheap) are now still delicious and satisfying, but only AS affordable as the tune of about a third of the amount of food to dollars compared to those grand days of 89 cent tacos (or 79 cents to which I referred). But times they are a-changin', and Taco Bell's ever-expanding menu of new and flavorful choices are a-changin' competitively and to the delight of consumers' taste buds. Those in charge of this store (Colonel Glenn & University) I believe have earned a huge gold star for keeping everything textbook clean and friendly, even in the face of seriously impaired, likely Covid-related, staffing issues and enormous overtime on Management's shoulders....
