Was very happy initially and no issues. Then for the next 3 visits, it’s always disappointing.

My wife asked for haldiram sweet but lady said that they have alternative and that’s good. My wife bought it and it was the worst sweet I have ever experienced. The packet was frozen like hard rock and was broken too which we didn’t see while buying.

I am very fond of gulab jamun, I asked the lady again ( different visit) if that was fresh as those were in tray. She said ye. I found that very hard like rock when brought to the home. Not fresh for sure.

I bought the jaggery powder and the seal underneath the cap was broken. Worst is I didn’t keep the bill so that I could return.

This store is just for basic daily stuffs - vegetables and cereals etc. And always check things yourself and don’t believe...

Forced to give 1 star to this place, cuz the Google algorithm doesn't allow negative stars. Pathetic experience on day 2 of the store opening! The veggies are stale and rotten, there are no prices on any items on the shelves and the store people are extremely rude and incompetent. We had a little baby with us and were talking normally, but a boy at the front desk walked up to us and asked us not to make any sound as there were people sleeping in the back of the store. Well, while we understand the fact, it is extremely impossible to expect a tiny baby to be quiet and he wasn't even screaming or crying, was just playing next to us. If they expect so much quiet for their staff to sleep during business hours, clearly they do not expect any business or traffic....

Great addition to Livermore! I’m happy to see an Indian grocery store finally open in Livermore. They carry most of the essential Indian grocery items, along with fresh produce, dairy products, and a good selection of frozen foods. It’s great to see someone take the initiative to establish such a store in an area that really needed one.

Prices are reasonable and comparable to other stores, though I did notice that many items were missing price tags - something they should work on. Since the store is newly opened, I understand it might take some time to expand their inventory and fine-tune their service.

I’m hopeful they’ll continue to improve, and if they do, I’d happily bump my rating to 5⭐️ . For now, I think...
