Wanted to share my experience with purchasing the vapes I decided to get. I am a true menthol 100s smoker the past 3 years my habit went from smoking 1 pack a week to smoking up to 3 a day. I wasn't in a good place 3 years ago and I let my smoking get the better of me. But one day O got curious. So here it goes, my 1st time ever going into a smoke shop and I'm 32 years. I recently decided to slow down on my smoking bc I knew I wouldn'tbe able to stop cold Turkey(over the past 3 years it just became a habit like any drug)but I noticed couple weeks ago I would get sick and couldn't finish my menthol cigarette. I finally felt the need to put them down for good. I have anxiety bad so when I get stressed or overwhelmed like anyone who is addicted and is battling mentaI problems I felt the need to fire up. In my mind it helped me even though I knew I didn't want it. Kimda like a safe haven. But also for health reasons it's better for me and my boys(who have asthma)to try and stop. You see I went from smoking almost 2 1/2 packs a day to slowly winging myself off of them. Hell 2 weeks following up to me quitting I would purposely leave my pack of cigs at home when I left. I'm proud of myself I've came along way and this is this longest I've been without a real cigarette. I am fortunate to have had help realizing I didn't need them anymore. Earlier in January I did buy 1 pack and made it last for 3 days so that's when I finally took over my brain and thought about myself for once. Outer body experience is how it felt. I stepped back and looked in from the outside and I knew I didn't want them or need them anymore. My best friend of 12 years told me about the Ooze Pen and so I got curious and asked her more about it and I even tried hers. She told me where to go get it and what to ask for. Of course I looked it up online as well. I hadn't considered vaping bc I've heard nothing but bad stories about them blowing up or whatever. I even tried to get her to go purchase it for me bc like I said I didn't know what to expect my first time walking into a smoke shop lol but overall I'm glad I did bc it changed my life really I got good advice and helpful tips on which is better for disposable and refillable cartridges and what vapes are better as far as battery life and charging. The customer service was intact and on point. I greatly appreciate the guys who helped me on my first vape product purchase. It's been a blessing. I smoke it hear and there. I haven't had a real cigarette since January 28, 2021! Yay. That's huge for me I went 2 days with NO tobacco products until I got the courage to walk into your place, Smokers Paradise. I purchased my Ooze pen on January 30, 2021. I didn't get thr juice for my pen that day bc yall didn't carry it but I googled vapes near me and up came Tobacco Barn so I went and purchased the Vuse Alto with 1 disposable cartridge all for under $8. I started puffing within seconds. I love it bc it's small, compact, and the cartridge has lasted longer than I thought. I am still puffing on my 1st cartigde🚭🥳I'm literally amazed 👏🚭😁 I will definitely be returning to your store in the future for more products. I want to look around some more. When I came in I was focused on one thing and taking in all the information I was given, plus on top on my nerves lol I THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH for making it easier on me as I purchased my 1st vape💯 You truly don't know how much your kindness, your time to answer any questions, and patience you had with a first timer, it meant alot to me. The employees here are awesome. They're very helpful when you don't know exactly what you're looking for and they're very knowledgeable in what they do. Cody is extremely helpful especially when it comes down to which juice you want all you have to do is describe what kind you would like and he'll recommend one to you so far he has never been wrong. I've bought a few mods from them, Jesse helped me out on selecting mine, which has lasted me for over a year and Nic helped out pick one for my wife and it turned out to be the perfect one for what she wanted. When I got my new one I needed one that could take a beating because I'm always dropping it Jesse definitely helped me chose the right mod I'll add a picture of it you can see what I mean. Very bad experience around 11:30am at the store i went to buy a new top for my vape the young redhead guy not shure his name goes and grabs the product said this is the one you need so I purchased it while I was at the counter I realized he gave me the wrong mouth piece I ask if I could exchange it or get my money back he told me no we have a no return policy so I get mad asked for a manager he's not there so I call to see when the manager will be there the red headed guy I can here him saying ig he still has a problem with it he can come back a settle it well I went back in thanks to my wife she made me go back to the truck so I will be there at 3 to talk to a more...
