Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Livingston

My wife an I come back from some errands around Houston most of the day, tired and with our restless pup. Decided to stop by Chick-fil-A in Livingston for a quick meal. Note: very first time to eat at this location. Also noticed since their opening they have been busy. This day for some reason was completely under par! We ordered a spicy sandwich meal with waffle fries and tea, plus a spicy sandwich with the peach shake, also a small grilled chicken bowl for our pup. Literally most undesirable food we could have ordered! First they shorted us one sandwich, went in and the young girl questioned my complaint. After a trip back to our car she finally completed our order. Once on the road and wanting to enjoy our meal we were hit with the worst chicken sandwich ever, a sandwich that has been under a heat lamp for possibly hours with a sauce that has soaked into the bun along with 3 soggy pickles. Before leaving their parking lot we both decided our $20 sandwich meal could have went further at Chicken Express on an 8 piece with rolls and would make 2 meals. Lesson learned, done with...

This place receives the worst Chick-Fil-A award!! The girl called me over to take my order and then promptly took somebody else’s order Who was not in line and was just standing by the counter. She did say I’ll be right with you. The girl had on a mask and it made it very difficult to hear or understand her. When I expressed my difficulty by asking her to repeat things she did not raise her voice to accommodate me in anyway. In fact once I ask her a question and she just ignored the question. The girl who delivered my food started to walk away and ask do you need anything else. She’s only started talking to another employee as I realize they hadn’t bothered to bring me any ketchup for my waffle fries. I had to tell her how many ketchup I wanted but I don’t even know what size they are. Maybe the drive-thru would’ve been a better choice than dining in. I also observed other tables near me who also had issues with the service. At one point I commented to the table across from me this is the rudest Chick-fil-A I have ever been in and they definitely nodded yes...

1st time I went, I had a great experience and got a lemonade with strawberries.(Delicious btw.) Second time I went a week later, however, I tried to order the strawberry lemonade again and the guy told me the didn't serve it there. He kept telling me they've never served it there. I said I was confused because I had ordered that the last time I went and they gave me a lemonade that had strawberries in it and my server even called the guy with the register on him over to tell me I was wrong too. At first my server was kind, but I felt as though throughout the strawberry lemonade incident he and the other man were talking to me very condescending and like I was crazy. I literally got gaslit by those servers until I got confirmation from a friend who was with me the first time and they told me I wasn't crazy.
