The main Doctor is never available due to only being at this location 2 days a week I have only seen her 1x and I got blood drawn done and never heard back when I called and asked I was told that I need to make an appointment to get the results but for like a month and a half the doctor will be on vacation so I will not get my results for a few months! The other provider at this location is the most unreliable provider ever. I saw him a few times and the first time he did not care that I needed some meds refilled he told me to just buy them over the counter ( my insurance pays for them because I have to take them more then once a day) then he told me her called in the script. I went to pick it up and he never called it in I called the dc office to find out what was going on and I was told that Randy never called it because we never spoke about it. I went back for a second time and Randy said that I was wheezing and I needed to go but a nebulizer and albuterol because he didn’t know how to send a script for it. He told me he tries really hard to find the cheapest for his patients. I also asked again about my other meds and he said he sent it in ( he lied he sent it in when I was there for my 3rd appointment ) this...

My children were patients here for 3 years. Nobody ever answers the phone to make or change medical appts the entire time I have been going there. At times I called for 2-3 days straight and called Lockhart, luling & gonzales before getting anyone to pick up the phone but then want to penalize you for missing an appt which they say is a “no show” lol how on earth could it be by fault when nobody will answer the phone? Reception is terrible & unhelpful and then if you do manage to get an appointment and get in the office, they have you waiting inside the room for over an hour after doing vitals which doesn’t work when you have a Special needs child. Any referrals I needed took months Multiple phone calls and following up. We will be switching practices as of today after being so utterly disappointed and disgusted with how they handle things and...

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this clinic since my sons doctor relocated to this practice a few years ago.

I don’t have much experience with the anyone other than the doctor and the nurse but I’ve never had an issue having an appointment scheduled, leaving a message for the doctor, or checking in or out of an appointment.

Dr. V is nothing short of amazing. If you need a doctor for your child(ren), she is amazing. She is caring, nurturing, personable, and really cares which is the best part. I’ve seen and been with doctors, we all have, who don’t listen, and heard you in and out quickly to keep things moving and she doesn’t do this at all.
