I used to love this place but today definitely ruined it for me. Ordered green chilaquiles and the food runner brought red. I told him that I ordered green. He takes the order back to the kitchen and then the SERVER comes out. Before she spoke English to me and when she came back she started speaking Spanish. I am white. My husband who is with me is latino. She said to me “these are RED chilaquiles”. I said yes, I know, I ordered green. She then, in Spanish told my husband instead of me- something. He translated that she said these take awhile to make, are you sure that you still want them? I said yes, I am still hungry and it isn’t my fault. I was feeling very disrespected because she was looking at me and then looking at my husband and our friend Who already had their plates and both were already eating, and she basically was trying to force me to take the plate. After I said, I would like to have what I ordered very nicely. She went back to the kitchen. I went to the front to see the manager and the manager is looking to be no older then early 20s. He said OK I will go to the kitchen and see what’s going on. I am attaching a picture of the plate that they scraped the food off and put fresh eggs with green sauce, but left old cold beans and cold potatoes on my plate with red chilaquiles chips underneath the beans.They still charged me for the plate, which I did not complain about, but the customer service is horrible. The waitstaff is horrible and disrespectful, and in my opinion, this lady was racist towards me because she refused to speak to me in English afterwards. If somebody messes up the order, then just remake the plate no big deal. Why come back to the table and try to force somebody to take the food that they did not order? So much for a nice Sunday...

We get food from here semi often but gave it break after they had got our order wrong last time. We decided to try again, placed the order over the phone.

My sister ordered beef fajita and cheese nachos and made it very clear she wanted the meat and cheese only no guacamole, no pico none of that what we got was beef and chicken nachos with guacamole piled high on top. The chicken fajita meat is random we didn’t ask for that the beef fajita meat? Looks like scraps that were left over from end of day

She also ordered a cheese quesadilla and got a burnt tortilla with some cheese in it.

I ordered sour cream enchiladas as they come and got double beans, instead of beans and rice.

Now my sister is left without dinner because she’s allergic to avocados.

We were really looking forward to a good Mexican dinner and were left disappointed and she was left with just a burnt cheese tortilla to eat.

Editing to add : after I got half way through my food and munched down on something hard only to pull out a damn chicken bone...

Okay so we went here on Father's day. The server(bar tender) was friendly but she took our drink order and our appetizer. Then she came back with our drinks and we ordered our appetizer and it took her 20 minutes to bring the cheese and thats because I asked for it again and she asked the size again and bought it right out. She kept telling us the food was right there its ready.. Then she came back to our table 10 minutes later and asked up what our order was again because she lost the ticket. So we were waiting and 1 hour later we got fed up and asked and she told us it was because we ordered fish it takes awhile to defrost and it does not take an hour to defrost a fish fillet. We had to leave. It was very unprofessional and obnoxious. Even when the cook/manager came out he was unprofessional just kept asking us if we wanted our food togo and we kept saying no and he just walked away. So I would give them 1 star for the cheese it was delicious. I am sure the food is good but the professionalism...
