I’m so unhappy with some of the staff here at Lockhart HTea0. I appreciate Jenna & Savannah and most of the team but there is this red headed girl that is so rude she gives me RBF; then there are a few other young kids that just steal time from the company doing nothing but sit there on their personal cellphones not assisting customers. I have watched this go on for way too long and I do love the teas, coffees and snacks especially when Savannah and Jenna and a few others are there. I know these younger kids often act this way at other establishments; However, I feel like is a disservice to the customers as well as the ladies that run this store; what a waste of money they spend for these petty kids attitudes. In the beginning all the staff were polite and miss Krystal kept these staff members working or it seemed a lot better but now I get ugly looks by this red headed girl and I’m don’t if I see her there I just walk out because I feel so uncomfortable walking in there when again no adults are working. I mean there are other shift managers that make it run okay but the audacity of such a poor experience I’ve had is uncalled for and I wanted to try a new peanut butter chocolate coffee but I just walked out . Happy October 1st 2025 to me!! Ugh Boo Hiss Hiss Thanks for allowing me to vent!! I mean in my opinion week day mornings work better for me I’m guessing..:. Take care!!! Watch out for that red headed girl being rude!!!

Swung by after 2pm once and was confused by $1.75 as my price for a large sweet tea. Turns out it was happy hour. Insanely good price.

Their espresso drinks dont get a happy hour which is fine. I really like how smooth their espresso tastes. Better than scooter’s coffee which ive tried twice now (white mocha and caramelicious) which are sickeningly sweet - more so than starbucks base drinks.

Overall, amazing affordable place. You could probably daily this place if you were driving there for a tea during happy hour. $1.75 is phenomenal to find these days. I dont expect it to last.

Love the drinks but not so much when the employees tip themselves. Was given a gift card and I was planning out how many drinks I could get slowly and so I signed up to get notifications each time what my new balance was. Saw she has tipped herself 20% off my 1 drink I came in to serve myself. Super icky. You know if you would have just said hey do you want to add a tip I would have just said yeah, cuz it’s under a buck right. But when you just do it yourself underhanded like that as I’m walking away. Wow! Imagine the ones that use an actual debit card and they don’t sign up for notifications....
