We love our Rainbow!!! The customer service at this location is phenomenal. Holly, Todd, Kim, and Dan are all subject matter experts when it comes to all things Rainbow.

I wrote my first review about a week ago (above), and I want to add an update. In our household, my hubby is ALWAYS the skeptic, until today. Last night our 6-year-old projectile vomited on the carpet in our bonus room. I used our rainbow to get up most of the vomit, but time did not let us clean it up all the way. There was a nasty orange stain left behind. When we went to bed my hubby told me "You know we are probably going to have to hire the professionals to clean that mess-up." I will start by saying that we love our rainbow itself (other than having to be serviced within the first year of us purchasing). However, there has been A LOT of information withheld from us. Things such as what demos count, that you can return your rainbow and those demos don’t count even though it was technically purchased, payment would take months to receive after being requested, a W9 would have to be filled out even though you don’t work for the company, you can only use a debit Card or money order to pay off the rainbow, the list goes on…and we were never really given an explanation for these things. I will say that we have met some wonderful people within the company, but overall disagree with how things were handled. I can’t say enough amazing things about Rainbow! Holly is truly one of the most skilled, professional, and knowledgeable people. From the moment I met her, she made everything so easy to understand and made me feel completely confident in my purchase.
