Over charged me on my kholes card more then a few times and to get it fixed has been almost impossible. Also the way they treat people that are legitimately shopping isnt at all professional. Profiling people based on looks or skin color isn't professional at all. When you see four kholes employees following around an individual everywhere the person goes from the time they walked into the store to the time the person pays is uncomfortable to watch I could only imagine how that individual felt. I happened to know the gentleman that this had happened to. What the staff at kholes in Lodi CA didn't know about the guy that they thought was going to steal the pants right off them, was he had more money then everyone put together in the store including the customers. This guy is a young entrepreneur who's net worth is 100 million+, his dress code isn't as concervative as most of the higher class in this area. His family lives in the area so he was down getting last-minute gifts for kids at a trauma center in a very well known children's hospital 20- to-30 miles outside of Lodi CA. My advice to the manager at Kholes is pay attention to your employees instead of passing judgement on the very people that keep you and your employees with work. The customer no matter what walk of life they come from should be treated with respect until your given a reason not to. Until then don't ever forget that the customer is the back bone, the glue, and kholes everything. So why treat any of them like they are the trash and like they're there for nothing but to catch a new mistorminor charge. Customer is always right even if you don't like the way they look, smell, walk, talk, and or...
Read moreEverytime I shop at this store I always face racial discrimination. The workers would help others before me even when I’m first in line. Their worker on registers went on break and the manager saw us and waiting in line. She didn’t even bother to help us check out and just let us wait there until we said something. The worker that helped us check out was rude and unfriendly unlike other kohl’s that I’ve been to. Kohl’s is supposed to create an environment where their customers feel safe to shop. The employees did not help me find what I’m looking for when it clearly says they have 3 in stock. The simply took a quick glance and says they cannot find it. I am disgusted by their customer service. Also keep in mind that there were only a few customers in the store. I’ve never had this much problems at Kohl’s before. They need to work on training their manager and employees to show respect to customers and help them to the best of their ability. If I had the option I would give them a...
Read moreCame to Kohls with my daughter-in-law to get baby shoes for my 11 month old granddaughter. The store was clean and orderly, however shoes were hella mixed up. First they had a sign labeled, "toddlers" above some shoes. Upon actually seeing the shoes, they appeared to be for school aged children not toddlers. Therefore we skipped those[. In the back was another shelf however it had no sign as I recall. It did have small "toddler" sized shoes on top. Perfect I thought. Upon looking closer the sizes were all jumbled together. Sizes 4-10 we're located here but had no particular order. The shelf went back pretty far so there was room for approx 3 rows of shoes. We needed a size 5 so I had to dig through many shoes to find a size 5. Only reason I spent so much time digging was because my daughter in law had seen online Kohls in Lodi had size 5 black...
