Les Schwab Tire Center — Local services in Lolo

I was the first person through the door this morning..I had my studded tires swapped out..My Wife and I have been coming to Les Schwab for 10 years..in Stevensville, Mt. It's always the same experience, you are greeted with a smile and they go way beyond at what they do best, that's everything.. Oh you can go to alot of tire stores, and maybe save a little money, but is that tire store going to be in every town you travel to in America ? Les Schwaab has been to the rescue for us...many times for us.. not just here in Stevi, but all over in our travels across our AMERICA.. I was greeted by Robert today, and he didn't disappoint, after he checked me in.. I asked him to show me some RV Tires, He recommended a great looking tire, as alot of customers were walking in the door, he quickly printed up those 6 tires.. A really fair price.. The person who did the work for us is Gary, I was catching up on some walking in the parking lot, so I saw him and another co worker, in constant motion getting it done right.. You only get what you pay for and at Les schwab you get your moneys worth and then some.. Well ! That's it... Thanks again everyone for another 5 star experience at America's best tire, brakes, etc...

Bought our tires at Jerry's Hamilton Les Schwab; no nonsense. Took our car for it's scheduled tire rotation in Stevi March 10th 2023; no nonsense. Today we took it in for its scheduled rotation and the manager Jon comes out and says, "We have a problem." Then proceeds to procure 2 stripped lugnuts from his pocket and tell me ALL of my lugnuts are stripped and need replaced. That would be $120.00. When I asked the front desk staff why this wasn't mentioned March 10th, she proceeded to tell me there was no record of our rotation on the 10th. When I leaned over and saw it on the computer screen only then did she confirm that we did indeed have it last serviced there March 10th. This is shady at best and negligent at worst, Les Schwab Stevensville were the last folks to touch our tires/ lugnuts. Also suddenly had $900.00 more of work that needed to be done and they sent me with a quote. All of this happened in a 3 month time span? I smell a rat. I'm not saying they're dishonest but you can make that call. My spider sense for bs is highly accurate and I didn't like the shenanigans. I like new things and I'm not sad I had to pay $120.00 but was it necessary? Idk. Should this have been mentioned March...

I have been a Les Schwab customer for many, many years but my last experience with the Stevensville shop left me pondering there commitment customer service for the first time (which has always been there hallmark). I went in on Monday (11/06) wanted to buy the tires but had a 3 hour wait. Told Jason to hold the tires for me and the wife would be back. Several trips later over the next week plus no better response and now the tires needed to be ordered. She finally got in today (11/15) and had them installed. I complained to Jason and reminded him that he was supposed to hold the tires. I am sure he did not remember me but I sure remembered him, he politely apologized and said they had been real busy with the weather change- and that was about it. The experience for the first time w/ any Les Schwab tire dealership left me feeling unappreciated and frankly an inconvenience. I will probably go back but for the first time will shop elsewhere- maybe someone else will appreciate...
