The guy that was working started cleaning up 50 minutes before closing. I came in and instead of a welcome greeting the kids smirked at me and said. “You need to stay on the rugs. I need to go get everything to make your food”. With a bad attitude. I just told him not to worry about it and I left. Really bad customer service buddy! Maybe next time you can have a smile and get the food like your job description says you should and I would have tipped 30% because you were closing. By the way I was going to order $40-$50 in food so it would have been a nice tip. I wanted to update my review after visiting this Subway again today. It’s been a few months, and I have to say—what a difference! Nikki was running the restaurant all by herself and doing an amazing job. She greeted me with a smile, was working hard to complete a carry-out order, and still got my order started right away.
This experience was a big improvement from my first visit, and I left genuinely happy with the service I received. Nikki deserves a raise—and a promotion if she’s not already in management. However the staff seemed less than happy to be at work and made us feel like we were bothering them to make two sandwiches. What appeared to be a older manager got up out of a chair to help make the food and she looked like she wanted nothing to do with it. Customer service needs to be worked on. Everyone has bad days but you put on a smile anyways when at work when customers are around. Which I might mention the fact that nobody smiled or acted friendly at all.
Just because it's a small town and there's not many fast food options doesn't mean you can treat customers however you want because they have no other choice.    Read moreI come to this location several times a week during the day. Unfortunately every time I come in at night something is wrong. I ordered my food online at 5 to be ready for pick up at 530. Walked in at 5 p to see my meal not done and on the rack but rather sitting on the counter barely started as they helped another woman. Had to wait a good 7 mins before our sandwiches are done. Apparently as I was filling up my drink they made the decision to toast my sandwich which was not on the order. I do not like warm meat and lettuce and melted cheese. Get all the way home and this is when I discover it was wrong. Neither had the surgery xtra cheese we ordered and both toasted.
