I came to pick up my item, and a guy named Anthony White, he could not find my item so he said give me your phone number and I will call you in one hour. He never bothered to call, and when I came for the second time, I asked if he found my item, he started being disrespectful and very unprofessional. I asked him if I could speak to his manager, he said: "I am the manager if you do not like our service you can leave now and never come back." You call this customer service, this is absolutely trash service. I asked people around this area and I was told that this is the worse post office, they said just do not go there. That same day, I went to UPS next door and they were very friendly and welcoming people, I love their customer service, at least they know how to SHOW RESPECT to their customers. Anthony White (THE Manager) is very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional, you should learn what a customer service, and how to respect others mean before you work in any place. I’ve never had any kind of problems whenever a package either comes through or goes out through the LL post office and have reliably used this location for many many shipments. What compels this review is a wonderful experience I had with this location today.

I had ordered a package from overseas with the hopes it would arrive before I left for vacation. I had been patiently watching the tracking updates, when I reloaded, to my dismay, that the package would I arrive the day of my departure. Very sad indeed. Lucky for me, the international carrier handed my package off to the USPS and the kind employees there scanned it. When I saw it had arrived at the LL post office, I just knew I needed to give it a try. So drove there and spoke to Jonathan, a kind young man who graciously assisted me. After years of great service this past year has been horrible. This last incident is too much! My mail was given to another person and after days of me insisting that they did so they finally investigated and found out I was right. They refused to help me for days, even refusing to look at my tracking numbers. And I was correct the whole time! Now the other person claims they will bring back mail but that they did not receive my packages. I've waited over a week for my mail and never recieved an verbal apology from the post office employee who I've been dealing with for disregarding my concerns for days....
