A Boba Paradise with Exceptional Service and Ample Parking

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Boba Tea House, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for a memorable visit. Allow me to share my thoughts on this delightful boba haven, where patient staff and convenient parking truly elevate the entire experience.

Upon entering the Boba Tea House, I was immediately struck by the cozy ambiance and the comforting aroma of freshly brewed teas. The staff exuded a genuine friendliness that instantly put me at ease. What truly stood out was their exceptional patience. As a boba enthusiast, I tend to take my time when choosing from the enticing array of flavors. The staff members were not only accommodating but also offered insightful recommendations based on my preferences. Their patience in guiding me through the menu truly made the experience personalized and enjoyable.

One of the standout features of the Boba Tea House is the generous parking space available. In a bustling world where finding parking can be a daunting task, the Boba Tea House offers a hassle-free solution. The large parking area, conveniently situated near the entrance, ensures that you can relish your boba tea without any worries about where to park your vehicle. This thoughtful amenity adds an extra layer of convenience to the overall visit, making it even more appealing to patrons.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show: the boba tea itself. The extensive selection of flavors catered to every palate imaginable. From classic favorites to innovative concoctions, there was a boba tea for every mood. The drinks were beautifully presented, showcasing the careful craftsmanship that goes into each creation. The boba pearls were impeccably cooked to a delightful chewiness, complementing the velvety-smooth teas perfectly.

In addition to the exceptional drinks, the ambiance of the tea house is a key factor in creating a pleasurable experience. The cozy seating arrangements and tasteful decor create an inviting environment for both solo visits and friendly gatherings. Whether you're looking for a quiet corner to enjoy a book or a lively spot to catch up with friends, the Boba Tea House has you covered.

In conclusion, my visit to the Boba Tea House left an indelible impression on me. The patient staff's commitment to ensuring a personalized experience and the ample parking that alleviates the stress of parking woes truly set this establishment apart. The dedication to creating a space where boba enthusiasts can savor their favorite drinks in comfort is evident in every detail. For anyone seeking exceptional boba tea served with a side of convenience and warmth, I wholeheartedly recommend a visit to the Boba Tea House. Well.... it was ok until tonight, waited for 1 and half hours to get my order. They kept messing up orders of customers. Long wait for most people including my friend's whose drinks were taken by other people coz they weren't announcing the names. Their orders came out as dine in instead of a take out. As for me, they brought me fries instead of my order. They were gonna bring it back in and I told them politely that technically, under state laws, they shouldn't be bringing food back in once served. I ended up paying for the fries and they still made me pay for the order that was missed which I didn't mind. I just didn't want them to take it back in. When they brought my food out, they made it dine in. I politely asked again for it to be placed on a package coz i ordered to go but they once again messed up and gave it to another table. I waited for another 30 mins and only knew that they did when I asked. They gave it to another customer who became verbally abusive for no reason. They again took the food back in after someone already held the food. I reminded them of my wait and that's it's unhygienic what they were doing. The other customer took it offensively against me and hurled insults right away. I told him he's not part of the conversation and if you think about it, I'm also defending his rights as a customer. He didn't stop being verbally abusive. I tried to explained what my point was but he still kept going on saying "F... you b...!" I wanted to call the police but the staff Kaleb instead of pacifying the other guy, him calling the police or at least apologizing to me, asked me and my friend and her kid to leave coz I'm causing trouble. I think they're probably friends. It's not the food or the money involved, it's the point of people not accepting their mistakes and the disrespect I got for telling them what they were supposed to be doing. I worked as an educator and I'm not there for freebies. I always buy to go food there for my kids. I'm writing this review because instead of the staff apologizing and treating customers right, the staff Kaleb, threw me out and even laughed about it. I asked the name of the manager and number but the staff told me to go on the website and write a review. So that's why I'm...

I recently tried a combo of Thai tea and mild heat popcorn chicken, and it turned out to be an unexpectedly satisfying pairing.

Thai Tea: This classic drink was rich, creamy, and perfectly sweet. The balance between the strong brewed black tea and the sweetened condensed milk created a smooth, velvety texture. The earthy notes of the tea weren’t overwhelmed by the sweetness, which can sometimes happen with Thai tea. Served over crushed ice, it was refreshing and worked well as a palate-cooling counterpart to the spiced chicken.

Popcorn Chicken (Mild Heat): The chicken had a crisp, golden-brown coating that was crunchy without being greasy. The mild heat level was ideal for those who enjoy a subtle kick without overwhelming spice. It had a gentle warmth—probably from paprika, a hint of cayenne, or a light chili oil—that enhanced the flavor without overpowering the juicy meat inside. It’s definitely a good entry point for spice-shy eaters or anyone wanting flavor without the burn.

Pairing Notes: The sweetness of the Thai tea balanced the mild spice of the chicken beautifully. Every bite of crispy, warm chicken followed by a sip of that cool, creamy tea made for a comforting, flavorful experience.

Verdict: If you’re looking for a satisfying meal that blends a bit of spice with sweet refreshment, this combo is a winner. Simple, flavorful, and...

Boba Tea House is easily my absolute favorite boba in the Inland Empire. I especially love it because they make the best tasting concoction’s compared to other boba companies, and they have the most adorable branding! They really live up to their motto of adding a smiles in every cup! They have another location in Riverside, that I frequent. There is a make-shift parking spot near the business but it also becomes dangerous being that it’s so close to the street entry/exit. With COVID-19, they’ve made ordering their much easier on their website with pickup. They’re also available on Door Dash (depending on location), which I’ve used. It’s definitely way pricier but who could resist their delicious drinks?

Service is fast but I feel like this place is hit or miss for their drinks. I like their Royal Milk Tea and Lavender Milk Tea, boba consistency was good, and I liked ordering the fish balls. But when I got their Roasted Oolong Milk Tea it wasn't balanced. For that drink, the tea was too strong and overpowered the milk. It wasn't enjoyable. For most of the drinks I ordered my drink is sealed correctly, but on one occasion my drink was leaking out. Lastly, the price has gone up over the years but the quality of the drink & service hasn't matched. I remember that service was much nicer back then. Anyways, drinks are ok but for the price I'd just go somewhere else.
