The best UPS in the area!

My husband and I travel around the country regularly for work. At each new destination our 1st stop is to establish a PO Box which has always been with a UPS store around the country due to our needs and services they provide.

The first time setting foot in the store we were amazed as to cleanliness and how well the store was organized to accommodate customers needs but it didn't stop there.

The customer service here is the finest of all the UPS stores we have encountered. (Again we travel the country regularly for work)

Josh the manager and his amazing team daily go above and beyond for each customer.

Numerous times (as at times I was in the store practically daily) I've seen staff encounter difficult customers and the staff remained diligenct and steadfast in providing the best customer service. I'm astonished at how hard they work and wonderful they are to customers.

After having back surgery with limitations as well as just big packages in general Josh and his staff went above and beyond to accommodate me with assistance of getting everything and myself to my vehicle.

Even when I was having a bad day this team of staff always welcomed me by name with a smile!

In traveling the country with home-base being the midwest never did I think that somewhere in CA I would find the most amazing staff. Thank you to the wonderful team there especially Josh for everything all of you do!

For travelers such as ourselves as well as others UPS staff really does make a difference! ❣️

Pros: Very accommodating when medications are shipped to store.

Very organized for customers but also staff so they are better able to assist customers in a timely manner

Staff adequately trained so to work independently at job as well assisting customers. Never encountered a staff member who was not able to assist

when mail & packages arrives it is sorted in a timely manner as are the notifications sent...

I visited the UPS store Barton road for notary services today . I called them over phone in the morning to confirm if they provide notary service. They told me after checking their appointment that the notary will be available from 2.30pm to 4pm. I went to the store at around 2.40 pm . When I asked for the notary service, I was told that the notary is taking lunch and that I have to wait till 3.15 pm to get my documents notarized as I don’t have an appointment (this was never told to me when I called them in the morning when I could have taken an appointment easily!). I then asked them to give me an appointment for 4 pm . I again came back at 4 pm. This time the notary came but she refused to notarize my documents like my driver’s license or passport, even though I was willing to show her all my originals. I was so frustrated. They wasted my whole day. There were two ladies named Elle and Cameron, who were not at all helpful. Instead they were harassing us. They had no desire to work or be helpful. Instead they wanted to just shun us away and not do any work. There was not a single person in the store but still they did not want to work. Both were very rude and unprofessional. When I asked for their names and manager number, they mocked and told us that they are not bothered by it and can happily give their names. It was as if this Cameron girl was daring us to make a complaint! We are so shocked to see such unprofessional nature of these two girls. I have decided to never go to this store...
