Firehouse Subs Center Point Loma Linda — Restaurant in Loma Linda

I normally hate leaving negative reviews. Two things....from learning about this business from their employees. Be careful about eating here...they do not follow food safety procedures especially when maggots have been found. Another thing, do not work for this company either. The managers have zero clue at how to run an establishment and treat it like it's an extension of High School. Several employees have left due to the sanitation conditions and how they have been treated. They edit hours of their employees which is highly illegal and the Owners response is that he has good lawyers. As someone who has worked in the food industry and it has really burned my soul on how they mistreat their employees. These are the same people who will claim that no one wants to work while power tripping on them. This business is supposed to reflect the Firehouse of hard working men and women who fight so hard to keep people safe?! I would not recommend this business at all. This is after knowing about this business for the last 2 years and even trying their food. I have watched their employees as they interacted with each other. I gave it one star because there are no zero stars. I do hope they can clean up their business model, before they lose all their senior employees. Today I ordered a medium steak and cheese sandwich and then I was made to wait for thirty minutes to get my order. Upon receiving my order I found that I was given an Italian sub instead. I immediately brought this to the attention of the workers and they inform me that if I wanted my original sandwich I would have wait another thirty minutes to get my order right. So I was forced to cancel my order and get a refund instead because they would not fast track my sandwich in light of their error. So they took back their Italian sandwich and threw it in the trash in front of me and gave me back my money, at which time I left the restaurant without eating anything after waiting 45 minutes for a meal that never came. The impression I received from the workers was that they were upset with me for insisting on my correct order and they showed an inflexibility to correct their error in a satisfactory manner and instead they showed an indifference in their service and had no problem having a dissatisfied customer. This is not service they advertise. They ruined my lunch and they didn’t even apologize. Will definitely not...

Hello this is mr. Zombie with another review this time is Firehouse Subs. I haven't had the chance to eat any of the products at this location. My experience with this place is a strictly as a delivery driver, a Gigger.

As a gigger, I was impressed because it was dinner time in when I work teen they acknowledged they had the order for the customer and the order was ready. Again I haven't tried any of their sandwiches but this mail there was coming out of the bag it was just need a runner. The smell made me one too and the Sun reaches myself but I'm a snooty delivery driver and I gave myself to Christ and us. That means that even if I wanted to I need what Amy high standard delivery driver will do and I put that order than inside the insulated bag to keep the sand it is us. That's possible and I went straight to drop off the mail. Just based on these two facts, the fact that the order was ready when I got there and the fact that the smell coming out of the bag was so fantastic, I have to say that everybody should come into this location and...
