Their products are delicious, not going to lie, but rating them 1 star for the customer service. I looked online to see what they carry, and when I didn’t see any specific info on their website I called. When I asked what they have the person who answered said “meaning?”. So then I asked again what do you have and he said “our regular stuff”. Like hello? I don’t have your product list memorized. Someone with good customer service might explain what they have in the shop and offer suggestions. Instead he still just listed off things so generally, like saying “shrimp” instead of telling me what type of marinade they have because I know they have certain flavors but apparently he didn’t think to tell me. Finally was able to go this past Friday place is small but amazing locally sourced products, the Prime ribeyes we bought were one of the best steaks we ever had. Seasoned them with the chimichurri rub that’s a fan favorite. Meat & Vino has a very good selection of wines and if vine isn’t your thing they also have a fridge stocked with various local craft beers. They stock other items like cheese and charcuterie different types of rubs, salts etc. Family and I have been longing to find a good old school legit butcher shop and we take pride in supporting our mom and pop businesses. This is a small meat shop. This is me and my husband's favorite meat shop, they have quality steaks, you do pay more for quality but it's so worth it. Usually we'll get a few ribeye steaks and the Don Alfonso shrimp is to die for. Their carne king asada is also good and once in a while they have ceviche which I also really liked.
