I just wanted to let you know about the HORRIBLE customer service I received while attempting to place an on line order through your website. I contacted your 3515 Atlantic Ave., Long Beach, CA 90807 3 times, went in twice and had to use my credit card to check something online when your employees could have done all of this in the first place. Your Online printing costumer service was not able to assist me over the phone , so requested that I come in . I went in at the time I was instructed to do so, was not in so I proceeded to ask for assistance through ANYONE else that could help me. It took people 18 min ( I timed it using my phone) finally they found someone that worked in this department but was not able to assist me. He advised that I needed to place the order on line, I tried to due this using my credit card $4.00 in I was frustrated because he would not get off the chair to see where I was having the issues. Finally someone else came and told me " I would recommend you try ordering on line again from home" this frustrated me even MORE. I again attempted to order on line with assistance via phone , I thought my order had gone through according to the associated over the phone. I show up today 10/25 @4:00 pm when order should have been completed only to find out the order did not go through and again no one was abel to assist me with placing the order. finally I decided to place my 198.00 order through FedEX and ONLY took 10 min to complete, my order will be ready with in the next hour. So, maybe I should be thanking that your employees gave such LOUSY service, that I found FedEx could complete my order for less and a much better customer service and faster turn...

I had another outstanding experience at Staples Store No. 165. From the moment I walked in, the store was well-organized, clean, and easy to navigate. Every department I passed throughâfrom office supplies to printingâwas neat and fully stocked, which always makes shopping more efficient and pleasant.
The highlight of my visit, as always, was the exceptional service provided by Eddie. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that customers feel valued and supported. Eddie is knowledgeable, professional, and patientâalways taking the time to answer questions thoroughly and offer practical solutions.    Read moreUnder a time crunch I came here needing one copy and two pages laminated. After waiting for around 15 minutes for the sales associate to finish helping the one customer in front of me, I explained what I needed and she walked over to the copy machine with my paper to make the copy.
Before she could shut the lid the store manager came by and instructed her to stop and start working on existing orders. She reluctantly came back to the counter and apologetically told me she wouldn't be able to do the 3 minute job now, but I would have to come back later.
At this point I called the manager over and asked her why she stopped her employee from completing my 3 minute job, She informed me that's the policy when there are pending jobs to do. I informed her that she could learn something from her employee about customer service and I had neither the time nor the inclination to come back again.
I will never patronize this Staples location again and I live right up the street from it. Congrats you've lost a decade long customer because of your Manager's poor customer service skills. It's unfortunate because I've always found everyone else here to be friendly and accommodating.
