The attitudes of these store associates are disgusting. Everyone here doesn't smile or have any friendly customer service attitude at all. I never came back here before to return something, but tonight I did. I didn't realize that my bag of frozen fruit was open and I went to the desk and the woman with dark hair said "Just get another one" when I got another bag, the young guy at the register was on his phone and disregarded me initially and handed him my receipt in which he did not honor. I was not refunded back the $9.59 on the card that I originally paid with, I had to pay $9.59 all over again which I believe is ridiculous and not good customer service. All I wanted to do was exchange it! I am a loyal customer here- I come here all the time and I never quite experienced this here to this degree.
I hope someone from higher up gets back to me because I am not calling anyone over there tonight- nobody positive or professional is working there.

Had a couple incidents with an older man employee going so far as to grab my hand to stop me from locking up my bike because I was “locking it the wrong way”, I spoke to the customer service and they did speak to him but every time I see him he is now rude.
