My sweet non problematic son was kicked out of this school because they failed to take proper action after he was injured in their care. They are unwilling to allow parents to view the cameras because they are obviously hiding something. The owner called me personally in an attempt to gaslight me into believing that my son was lying about a teacher stepping on his finger, I later found out that it wasn’t even a teacher it was an hall attendant watching the kids from 2 till pickup. And because I believed him over her she kicked him out of the school. It took over a week for them to do any research and initially they said that the teacher admitted that she stepped on his finger but after realizing the seriousness of the injury they retracted any wrong doing. If your child is hurt here do not trust that they will own up to it please report them because they will not report themselves. My son was enrolled here when they were a 4 star facility that’s the only reason I re enrolled him. I’ve been extremely patient and trying to understand that they are trying to get their stuff together. They lack proper staffing, are unwilling to take ownership and the director obviously doesn’t care much about the children. When I went in to meet with the staff about the incident I witnessed several teachers yelling at the students and they tried to play it off as if it were a joke these women seemed frustrated. If your child is enrolled here I would encourage you to speak with your kids and also visit the school without notice. I’m absolutely appalled by the way they handled...

My 4 year old came home with marks on her. She told me Ms Taneisia(hall monitor) yanked her by the arm. She had marks on both arms where she was red and had scratches. Today, I went to bring this incident to Sherie. She continues to tell me that my child was “a handful” she doesn’t listen, she doesn’t sit still.steadily trying to justify the situation as if my child was the problem. “What are the teachers supposed to do, when your child is running away from the teacher and not listening?” I told her they could pick her up and sit her against the wall but no matter the situation, no staff should be grabbing or yanking my childs arm. Again she is only 4 years old. She has went to this daycare since she was 2. She will be 5 in 3 months. Never have we had any behavioral issues until the last 2 weeks. So I asked my daughter what the problem is and she says they’re mean. I have a video of my daughter showing me exactly what this lady did to her. But according to Sherie “you can’t always believe what a 4 year old tells you”. Anyways. After confronting the facility with my issue, I get a call at 1130am after her being dropped off at 945am, that we have 30 mins to come get her bc she can not longer attend at kid Kountry. There was no problem solving, switching classrooms. She was kicked out because they couldn’t handle her and I as her mother confronted the abuse. This is supposed to be a safe place for our children, a learning place where social skills are learned, good behavior is learned. But yet they get kicked out for not...

Extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this child care facility whatsoever. I was trying to have a conversation to make up a game plan for my child that has apparently been experiencing problems recently here. Instead of coming up with a solution I was cut short and hung up on and was told by Sherry that she had better things to do. This is a place that is just for show. If you have your children’s best intentions at heart run far from this place. I also have a video of the owner being extremely disrespectful to me and kicking out my children from daycare although only one was having a problem. I wasn’t given no notice of such action. I wasn’t even given a chose. I came to pick my children up and was told to find another place to take my children because they don’t have the staff to deal with my children. Smh. The owner even got in my face and was being extremely disrespectful. Again, I have this all on video.
