I went into the store to buy a new device last night. To start off I was in the store for 10min before I had to call out for someone. When the employee came out from the back he seemed either drunk or extremely high. He was slurring his words badly. When I told him the device I wanted he grabbed it out of the display case along with the box it came in. Normally they have the devices brand new amd sealed. This was not the case. I went on to ask if they might have flavored ejuice, flavors are banned in NJ, but I figured they might have left over stock they wanted to get rid of. When I asked he slurred the words sure and incoherently told me the flavors. I chose 2 and he then asked if I wanted nic salt. I'm not a fan, but figured I would try again. So he grabs the 2 flavors and 2 bottles of nic. I was thinking why do I need 2 bottles of nic but didn't pay it any mind. I proceeded to give him my card to pay, a little more then I expected for the mod since it was only $45 plus the 2 batteries and juice. Not to mention he opened 3 drawers before he found the batteries and had to ask me twice what I wanted. He dropped my card 3 times and it took him forever to charge me. Luckily I was only charged once. I asked for a receipt. It wasn't until I got home that I realized the flavors where Hemp enhancers and the salt bottles are half full. Plus the seal was broken on one of the flavors and the salt bottle. He should have told me what I was purchasing especially since I asked for juice. I have no use for Hemp enhancer. I will be calling the store today, hoping that he isn't the only employee and insisting on a refund for the juice and maybe the mod as well. No way to run a business. I would send a message to the store, but I want to make sure the right person reads it and it's not him.

Nice clean store. Was fairly easy to find. The gentleman working the counter was nice and friendly. Prices were fair. The store is laid out very nicely, well lit, prices were clearly displayed. Plenty of options available, a good variety of vape mods, juice and pods and coils too. They also sell CBD products. I've never been to a bad "good guy vapes" store and this place is no different. There are a lot of vape shops around the Pburg/easton area but few are as nice as this. In fact I've been to vape shops all over eastern PA and western NJ and none are as nice as theirs are. I had never been to this one before and I couldn't find my flavor of vape juice anywhere else so I called ahead to make sure they had it and they did. So I made the 30 minute trip out there. If you're looking for a new shop definitely add them to your list. They inventory is slightly different than the other stores as far as juice goes but they carry a wide variety of E-juice and Nic Salts. I purchased the Vapetasia Killer Kustard vanilla flavor. The other store had some but the vanilla from Vapetasia lately has been darker than usual and has a foul taste to it. Tried 7 different places to see if I could find some that wasn't steeped but I wasn't able to do that. Of course that's not the stores fault that's an issue...

Ok let's talk about GGV, this place has just about everything you need if you vape, and let me tell you the guys that work at the shop are very friendly and knowledgeable about all products. I mean these workers are great if they don't have a product your looking for they may order it for you. They have for me, and thats amazing, what I was looking for was hard to find anywhere, and these guys order it for me and now have it all the time. I will FOREVER be a customer while living in this are. And I would publicly like to thank all the workers the manager and GM at GGV...
