Only giving 2 ⭐️⭐️ even though I don’t always have an issue when visiting. I usually come pretty early in the morning though(around 6:30am), so almost never anyone there. Visited today at around 10:15am. Only wanted to get 2 bagels with nothing on them. 3 ladies behind the counter. 3 customers waiting on orders & 1 family waiting to place an order. When I walked in 1 of the ladies told me if I wanted to order, the line was to my right (but I already knew that as I usually come in around 3 times a week). When I told her I wasn’t ordering anything, she never asked what I wanted. Waited about 10 minutes for anyone to even ask what I wanted. After I told them, I waited about another 5 before another lady asked again what I wanted & put the 2 bagels in a bag. Then I waited another couple minutes to pay cause 1 lady was ringing up a guy that came in after me but placed an online order (understandable). This is not the 1st time I’ve waited for just a couple bagels with nothing on them when there are 2 or 3 ladies behind the counter & not ridiculously busy. 1 of the ladies should be helping customers just getting bagels in a bag or lottery or such. Also, read the reviews about the rude lady with the brownish hair. They are dead on. Not my personal experience because I would put her in her place & tell her she can keep her 💩💩💩 & walk out. But I’ve seen her being rude to most customers. Not looking to get anyone in trouble or fired but she should be talked to and if it doesn’t help give her an ultimatum. She’s hurting your business. Turning people away. The only lady who’s always friendly is the older lady with the curly gray hair. Never has an attitude with anyone. The owner says he cares & wants to improve & make customers happy, but obviously not because the rude lady has been there for at least 6 - 9 months or more & she hasn’t been put in...
Read moreBagel Shack has hands down the best bagels around. Unfortunately, besides the bagels, we've had some pretty negative experiences here. We have probably been to bagel shack about 5 times. Each time the customer service is horrendous. The way that one of the employees interacts with customers is just flat out rude.
In addition to the poor customer service, last week we placed an order for a dozen bagels to pick up the following morning. They took our order and said that the bagels would be ready by the morning. When we got there to pick them up the next day, at the scheduled time, we were told that the person who makes the bagels did not make our order. We understand that things happen and told them that it was no big deal but placed the order again, requesting the order for the following morning (for an event the next day). We got a call at around 6am the following day to tell us that again our order was not completed and they would not have the bagels that we ordered.
As I said, we understand that things happen but to not have our order TWICE after failing to make it the first time really isn't acceptable. Between that and the poor customer service (based on our employee interaction) I am really not thrilled with my experiences at...

I been coming to this places for yrs and now with these two rude ladies that you having working there isn't the same. The first time I had a problem with the younger lady who has darker brownish hair and today it was the lady with the short grayish hair. If you're not happy where u work go else where and plz don't give your bs to ur customers. I seen this problem happen to other as well n it has to stop . Please talk to your employees and let them know that this isn't okay. I go there to order food for my kids n myself not to have someone treat me disrespectfully and my kids. The only lady there that is very nice and cheerful is the other older lady with curly grayish hair. She has changed her attitude and it's so much better now.
