After trying all the online suggestions, I went looking for someone local to fix a paper jam error on my printer. I knew the cost could be almost as much as a new printer, but decided any savings was better than buying new - plus all new ink, etc. All the numbers that I called either were not interested in repairing a printer or were out of service. I left a message with The Computer Guru of NJ and the owner promptly returned my call and we set up a time for me to drop off the printer. Even with the holiday - he had it back quickly. He said he also oiled it and made some adjustments - should be good for even more years, even though it was already 7 years old. :-) Not only was he prompt, but his price was fair. I HIGHLY recommend Dan Fallon --The Computer GURU--I had many problems that appeared overnight..For DAYS--I tried & my neighbor tried, but we were unable to fix it... I put a post on Local Neighborhood Site.. Dan Fallon replied along with other people with recommendations.. I chose Dan Fallon The Computer Guru..
