I made an online order with this seller. I'm not sure what's going on, but it was bizarre.

I ordered a few hundred dollars worth of gear. It took a week for them to send and a total of 12 days to arrive. My gear arrived in a black trash bag covered in crazy amounts of packing tape on both the inside and outside. The boxes inside were crushed a bit. The mic was downgraded from an at2035 to an at2020. The at2020 box had been opened and the cables were stuffed inside it with their packaging removed. The stand and pop filter were downgraded from knox to a smaller and cheaper unit from a nameless brand I was only able to find in AliExpress.

I requested an exchange for the items I ordered, but was told they were out of stock. They're trying to charge me a 20% restocking fee for the return. My order being cancelled would have been a lot easier or at least some communication on what...

About a year ago I purchased several Absolute sound system USProBat15 from a local supplier. This company is listed as the US Distributor. The side handle on the units were not very sturdy and broke off soon after purchase. I contacted this company by phone and spoke with a person identified as Jesse. He said he was aware that these handle were not well made.He said he would send me replacement when they came in. This was also confirmed in an email to the company. After several months waiting, I did not receive any handle replacements and my emails were unanswered. A year later I contact the company and was told this is my problem because they do not have replacement parts available. (discontinued product). Well I purchased a subwoofer called the EVW 3000 12 inch and lets just say that the packaging it came to me in was mangled, the black box that the subwoofer comes with had multiple cracks on and in it. I still attempted to use it to see at least if the sub would work and it does but not to its full potential because it made a popping noise whenever the bass hit. Not sure if its technically blown from the get go. But at least I am getting a replacement to see if this one will work. I have faith in the company and I wrote this review because I feel like people need to see how this company...
