Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This place is a Joke, the Morning manager she is a joke. I went online to make a complaint about not getting what i ordered and getting an OJ with a leak. The OJ was bad. The District Manager Dave assured me that they would make it right, just go in there and give them his name and my name. I showed up this morning and just got treated like if i was trying to rob the place, They didn't care who I was nor did they even know who the district manager was. I waited for a few minutes so they can verify it, but when the lady manager came back she was rude and acted like i was bothering her. I just left without any food or a refund. If Jack in the box chooses to have people like that working there, i guess wont be eating at Jacks anymore. If they had done their job right in the first place, everything would have been fine. PS the cashiers was caring and a pleasure to deal with, she should be the manager. Why they hire managers that totally don't car about customers, and cant speak fluent English bothers me.

I always order Jack Spicy Chicken sandwich combos and I've never had a problem with the quality until today. Spent $20 on 2 combos just to only eat the fries.

My wife noticed it first and I couldn't power through the rest of my sandwich once I realized she was right. This chicken sandwich typically tastes crunchy, juicy, and tastes like CHICKEN for crying out loud. But this chicken tasted old, mushy, and had the smell of vinegar or ammonia. It was disgusting. To top it off, our drinks had almost no Co2.

Now to eat some cereal and hope I don't have diarrhea in the morning.

Oh and PLEASE do not place the blame SOLELY on the workers. For I used to work at a Subway restaurant where I KNOW first hand that often management did not want us throwing out food that looked like it was going bad but was "good enough." Until something went bad then they would look for which minimum wage overworked employee they could put...

First the Mornings here are awesome, all the hustle and bustle makes you ready for the day! The sunrise is awesome as well over the 10 freeway. I think the Manager Andrea who is on the Morning shift is incredible! A employee who must have been menstrual took my order and I don’t eat pork so I specifically asked for no sausage on my croissant sandwich however my receipt and sandwich were wrong. So I went back for correct sandwich and did survey on the receipt and within hours got a call back to come back and receive my full meal correctly. I went back a week later and with no problem with the receipt got my correct order!...
