Affordable SoCal Living — Hotel in Los Angeles

Hello my name is Antonio I am currently a tenant and also a student at UCLA College. I Major In international development studies it lets me take all the classes I want with the help of SoCal affordable living I needed a place to lay my head to focus in study for my upcoming test. I found this affordable housing online on Craigslist that helped me in so many ways to live comfortably and save money I met so many different nationality people around the world it's amazing how one of my roommates is in a major the same as me which became really helpful “I really had a great experience with the company SoCal affordable living everything was convenient grocery store three blocks away laundry room onsite WiFi great workout gym onsite music studio along with laptop computer work stations onsite the maintenance crew does a really great job disinfecting the restrooms stocking tissue supplies the staff was awesome. I couldn't recommend them more! The staff was very professional and were just great people to take care of the exterior and the interior of the property. As a current resident, I can say this is the best shared living experience I’ve had.

1. The rent rates make living in Los Angeles affordable for virtually anyone.
2. Rents are all inclusive. No need for utility deposits.
3. The property managers are friendly and listen to tenant concerns. Also, they coordinate room selection of new tenants with those most compatible; they put thought into that process.
4. The property is centrally located, close to DTLA and Metro light rail.
5. From my experience, the crime rate is low, with many families living in the area.
6. Amenities include onsite laundry, a workout area and a recording studio.
7. If you own a car, ask a manager about arrangements for that.
8. One of the best attributes is that you get to meet others from around the world. People move here from other states and countries (e.g., China, Japan, Romania, etc.). Residents help each other with job leads, points of interest, etc.

OMG! Mike and Phil have been awesome hosts here at Affordable SoCal Living DTLA. I’ve been here for a few months now, after an unexpected housing emergency/job resignation, and I needed an affordable place to stay while I’m attending classes and working to save for my next apartment; I have to say that I’ve been blessed and lucked IN because it’s actually affordable. They are really cool Cali people, and fun to be around. And the rest of their onsite staff is stellar. The property in DTLA (Central Alameda District) is well kept and gorgeous in the mornings especially. The environment is clean, calm, safe and welcoming. They host a diverse group of artists, musicians, business professionals, and entrepreneurs. I absolutely love the vibe here and definitely recommend this Affordable SoCal Living location and any other locations they lease in California. Like Hollywood.
