Apple Roadside Assistance — Local services in Los Angeles

Perfect towing and repair in a tight situation. I applaud these guys for being the only responsive and responsible towing service that was able to swoop in like war heroes after a side swipe hit my front axle on a busy highway. Careless driver, she wasn’t all good in the head.

After the tow, very friendly guy, they offered to either store my car, tow it to the Tesla shop, or repair it there the old fashioned way with insurance involved and all. I chose to repair and was pleasantly treated with respect and courtesy.

Their own rental car that wasn’t much and insurance with their own adjusters. It was more easy going and simple than the corporate option. The car mechanic was sought after, a classic race mechanic from back in the day who had a serious passion for cars.

It took awhile for being an axle snap, but they surprisingly fixed it up so well that it’s better than ever before. Faster and more agile, corporate would have probably scrapped it and I know it. They had serious know how and ease of mind with taking their time and letting me know it was all going to be alright. Checking up throughout very open and honest.

I appreciate their family run atmosphere and quality craftsmanship. You can’t find that many places anymore. The towing cost was little to none as was the repair with insurance. I am thankful for finding these guys as they will become my go to for any future accidents or issues on the road.

Applaud them for running a classic no frills or hidden fees shop in the heart of Los Angeles with all of the others running games or salvaging for parts. They were honest and turned my Tesla into a little racer that I was proud and protective of again.

Having jealous people who plot on me or want to damage my belongings, it wasn’t fun. They took serious pride and efforts to be translucent respectful and straight forward. For that 10/10 you don’t find quality business like that anymore. I am thankful for the opportunity to know about them.

Coming home from my friend’s house at 1am I swerved to avoid hitting a coyote and ran into a high curb. I damaged my right fender and inner fender, tire, something minimal internally and so I couldn’t drive my vehicle home. After the Shock wore off I decided to call companies and get quotes, and the quotes I got were ridiculous for 8 miles. Apple roadside assistance however was very, very reasonably priced and punctual. The gentleman that insisted me was knowledgeable about cars and courteous, which made me feel like I was being taken care of. This is one of those numbers that you save in your phone. This company is shady! I dropped off a uhaul before the 24 hours was up. I put a quarter tank of gas and dropped the keys in the box. They submitted a claim to uhaul charging me 30$ to add 21$ in gas and added an extra day to my bill as well as another 15$ for another days insurance. I have GPS proof and gas proof because I took a picture. Don't take your trucks back here! Don't temt trucks here!! He asked me for to send him my picture proof! Go to the truck and see your proof!
