Bead Lounge — Local services in Los Angeles

My go to being Native Amerian is the Native store. I was frantic and had driven all the way from Ventura only to realize the store closes on Mondays. I grabbed my phn to look for any place else that would have what I desperately needed? The bead store appeared! I drove straight there ( 2 min ) away and was greeted by the most beautiful serine young lady. The store was GORGEOUS! They had every stone, crystal you could think of ! Best yet ! They will custom make you anything! I explained in my frantic prob sounded crazy emotional way what I was looking for ... she more than helped ~ she sat down with me w/ this huge book , research and found already made exactly what I needed !!!!!! She asked if she could place the necklace on and said a blessing as she did. She also asked what the date was when I would be going head to to head w the worse human being out to just want to destroy me ? So she would say a blessing as well for me that day too. I can not thank you enough !!!!!! You will have a customer for life...

Honestly so disappointed with the end result of my product, the ambiance is so lovely and the intention is there for the store however I spent $145 on a charm bracelet that you create your all got all charms that were more expensive because they were “real gold” and did not turn yet all my gold charms are turning half silver. The lady forgot my dog bone charm which I had already paid for and didn’t realize until I was home from the store. She asked what length I wanted for my bracelet and I said an extra string to dangle and use as a clasp, stead I have one hook extra and it makes the bracelet lopsided because there is a chunk with no charms. I’m just disappointed I spent all my money on this for my bracelet to turn colors (I mixed silver and gold charms) I specifically asked I never take off my jewelry when I showered and was told it wouldn’t turn and tarnish free! Would return if it was actually what I thought the end...

This is my sanctuary away from the daily situations that may be stressful. I’m so happy I discovered Bead Lounge. Everyone in the store is very helpful, encouraging and available to assist. They have made jewelry making so much fun and attainable. Also, they have some of the most elegant and beautiful pieces of already made jewelry if you don’t have the time to make your own. Lastly, I have watched them interact with customers who have come in to repair jewelry and it’s literally put a smile on my face. Thank you everyone and Bari for being so amazing and creating this...
