So I have been living in this area for 8 years And I’ve been coming on a daily base to this location to buy coffee among other things like cups that I buy and food etc No there are people that sit there for hours on a cup of tea but yet they say nothing not that I care for it So I walk in and like I said I buy there every day which is still regardless if I’m a loyal client! What pissed me off today I walk in and asked for A cup of tap water And the “New Manager” decided that she isn’t allowing them to give a cup of TAP WATER Again I’ve been buying here for 8 years daily base But again that is beside the point!!! So how about instead of being un human people as a manger work on your skills Cause you have people sitting there hours not buying nothing opening “ a free office “ at Starbucks which doesn’t bother you But giving a cup of Tap water which is by the way something a restaurant and a coffee place is bound to give people ?! Really ! Well that is exactly how u loose clients ! Bad customer service! And when you “claim all branches of Starbucks are like that well” they are not ! So check your facts as a Manager! Some people just need to learn the hard way! Cause when a business has great customer service and is good I’ll be the first to take my time and write about it ! And when they don’t well then I take my time as well ! It seems That places lost it after Covid And they don’t un why they lose lots of client and close so many branches! So I truly hope that the district manager reads this one! Cause 5 million others will be reading this! I literally bought coffee today for no reason coffee I usually stop to get in the morning from them or after my 14 miles walk in the heat! All I wanted was a cup...
Read moreKatie Barista=poor customer services and bad price labeling. Katie took my large green tea lemonade order. She later in so many words told me that my order was wrong because other "customers" would know the size and order correctly. I told her I don't work for starbucks, so I would not know the technical term for the size and shape of their cups. I don't normally pay attention to price, but not today. I was charged $4.25 for a large green tea lemonade, my 1st time ordering this drink. I came back and asked why, because the headboard said a large is $3.75. She told me that the large was $4.25. I pointed to the board and it said $3.75. She showed me another larger than large size. I told her that "larger large size price is not on the board so how would I know. The moral to the story is that the people work here expect the customers to know everything about Starbucks. If you order some new drink, they will give you attitude. If you are a Peet or Coffe Bean customers, avoid coming here, or avoid ordering from Katie. I come to Starbucks a lot. This is my 3rd trip today. Most of the people work here are really nice. I have been using this location on and off since it opened. Katie just ruined it. Next time, I just order my normal...
Read moreI'm surprised I've never done a review of this Starbucks location as much as I frequent it. It's right across from my job so I'm here often. It's typically very crowded in the morning from 7:30am till about 9 then you might be able to walk straight up to the barista. If you come any time before 9, expect a wait...or order ahead.
I've typically received good service here. Occasionally, my order gets lost in the shuffle or my mobile order gets lost but it's not often so no biggie.
It's almost always packed with people sitting so don't expect to have space to sit and do work or meet with friends unless you plan ahead and go well before your meeting time to grab a few seats.
Nothing much to brag or complain about. When the service gets exceptional or falls below standard you'll be the...
