Very good customer service and I want to add that I had a bad experience at wow's Beauty Supply . This time I read the reviews on Fox Beauty Supply & came across one review giving a poor rating on customer service for the manager Said he yell at his workers in front of customers. Walked into the store hoping to make a purchase. Nearly 18mins later I called the store to see if the associate would finish her personal conversation. I just witness an employee mistreat, disrespect, and accuse this lady of trying to steal from the store. (I'm guessing she's an employee) because a manager or an owner would not miss treat anyone the way she mistreated this lady.
