Costa Del Sol Pupuseria — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I've seen this place go from Great to "I'm never going back!". My father introduce me to this place at a very young age because my dad used to be friends with the owner until he became a dooshbag and acted like he didn't know him when we would go. I remember he used to sing all the time when I was younger.

I'm now 26 and I've lost count of how many times I've been to this place that I've finally decided to never go back to this place because of my bad experience(s) on several occasions.

Now, I wouldn't even mention this place to anyone!

Their rude, horrible customer service, prices have doubled, and the place still looks like a hole in the wall he started with. Maybe if the owner wouldn't be so tight he could manage better and run a better operation or better yet. Hire an actual staff with welcoming attitude and not a child of the age of 7-8!

Once (on a slow business day absolutely empty) I decided to take my girlfriend out to lunch. We walked in (of course being seen), we quickly grabbed a seat. We waited for about 30 minutes not realizing because we were so well off on our conversation that the whole time while we were there the workers were having such an amazing conversation about their personal life as well. We were pretty upset at that point we decided to walk out and as we did, she still had the nerve to ask me if we were ready to order. Really? (Mind you, Not the first time I've eaten there)

I went back and on that second occasion I had decided to phone in so I could just pick up my order and not have to wait. The lady (was rude to start off with) gave her an order of 5 pupusas which she said will be ready in 30 minutes. I left my house 5 minutes before I walk in the place and theirs a child taking orders? When I told her I was picking up she asked me what I ordered and I gave her my name. She walks off for whatever reason and the lady that's always rude asked me again with what I ordered and I gave her my name. I asked her if she had any empanadas already made and with an attitude she said in spanish "Right here, everything is made"

First thing first they dont have public restrooms here. So make sure you go to the restroom before you come eat here. 2nd bring cash they charge a 50 cents fee on debit card and credit cards. They dont have a sign up saying that they charge which they should.Other then those 2 things The...
