Milagros Banquet Hall — Local services in Los Angeles

Right now I give it a 1 star for the beginning of the process. 1st we reserved and we're told of a packet. Had a horrible emergency, but they told us we still had to pay them 15k if not, they would sue us. So we went through with it. By this, I want to point out that they are not understanding of life-threatening situations and they don't care for you or anything else but the money. 2nd, you deal with different "owners." When we wanted to fix our deal/day/situation, we were given an appointment, we got there 20 minutes before, and they never showed up! Did another appointment, and "someone" showed up. We thought it was the actual "owner." Waste of time! HE didn't know anything, had a bad attitude, and kept saying he was just a worker! Wth! Then, we talked to the "real owner," and it was just a back and forth situation! Ridiculous! Now let's see how the day of the event goes, and I will...

Juan was awesome!! He was honest and straight forward. What i really liked about this place, it was a one stop shop. They do everything. They decorate it for you, cook the food, provide the dj and cake!! What else is left to do!?!? But have fun and enjoy the party. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. This place accommodates 200 people. Has a security guard and parking crew. Only thing I would ask to change is the bathrooms. Woman need at least 4 stalls.. Other than that no complaints! We had an awesome time and their workers were really nice and stayed on point...

Staff HORRRIBLE, bad attitude, bad service, staff was hiding food and cake, staff does not follow instructions they do whatever they want. I dont recommend this...
