Q Market and Produce — Local services in Los Angeles

I had my eye on this place for years and my only regret is not coming here way earlier. They have an excellent meat/deli section with many great cuts of meat at a great price, including my favorite, beef/lamb koubideh. The store itself has great selection, polite and helpful staff, is well laid-out, and of course very clean and a pleasant shopping experience. The attached parking lot is nearby and seems ample for the customer capacity. If you like doing your own BBQ or using a pellet smoker BBQ with high quality meats, like we do, we definitely recommend coming here. My impression is that this is a great place to do Persian grocery shopping.

Today I had a chance to visit q market and do some shopping. . I thought I should my experience. Here we are dealing with a handful Persian market's that they are not only a market place for Iranian items, but they are presenting Iranians and Iranian culture as well. This kind of businesses are like a show case to attract the none Iranians. Unfortunately q market doesn't have that potential to do so by the service and prices, the quality of the products and the customer service, and the worst part is the little addition that they call it restaurant. ... we got six dishes of chelo kabob koobideh , soltaani, koobideh sandwich, and chicken kabobs and none of was okay. ... the barg kabob was very had, koobideh was like plastic and chicken was smelling very bad.
