King Taco Pico Truck — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I reside in the City of Upland and I frequent your store in the City of Ontario on Mountain Ave.

This past Tuesday, June 17, 2020, I arrived at the Ontario location at 9:38 p.m. I was the fourth person in line and was told by the security guard that the store was closed however he was kind enough to confirm the closing time with someone behind the counter. The security guard returned and advised me that the store was closed, even though I was in line and there were three other customers ahead of me. There was no mention of a problem within the store, health concerns, etc. and the customers in front of me (including a customer who was next to order) whom I would imagine have been waiting for some time were also informed they were not taking any more orders.

Last night, June 18, 2020, I went to the same location and arrived at 9:25 p.m. This time was different. I was able to place my order, however the customers who arrived at 9:41 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. were turned away. This type of indolent behavior is and should be unacceptable.

Please advise the manager and staff who are employed at that location to either close the doors at 10:00 p.m. which is the posted closing time or either change the closing time to 9:30 p.m. to prevent any confusions.

FOOD 5 STAR, location 2 star. Food is top knotch like always, and they even have a double bacon cheeseburger here. However, I would not recommend this location to the general public. It is more driven as a break location for the king taco warehouses. The area is really bad with trash, drug usage, homeless camps, and the parking there is non-existent.
